Istote zestawu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac akcesoriów lazienkowych przejawiajaca sie w ksztaltach zestawu, a wspólna jego cecha jest powtarzalny wyglad elementu mocujacego oraz wykonczenie pozostalych czesci tego zestawu. Znane dotychczas akcesoria lazienkowe przeznaczone do przyborów toaletowych charakteryzuja sie tym, ze na zaczepy mocujace do sciany nalozone sa elementy maskujace sruby i te zaczepy. Elementy maskujace sa dopasowane siodelkowym ksztaltem zewnetrznym do koncówek kor- pusu danego przedmiotu, przykladowo pólki, wieszaka do papieru toale- towego, mydelniczki, z którymi tworzy polaczona calosc. Wszystkie czesci zewnetrzne zestawu akcesoriów lazienkowych, jak pierscienie ozdobne, pierscienie dystansowe, prety, trzpienie, tulejki i wieszaki maja powierzchnie blyszczace, a maskownice maja powierz- chnie matowe. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of bathroom accessories, COLLECTION 11, designed for hanging and displaying toiletries such as towels, toilet paper, soap, dishes and containers for toiletries, and clothing items. The essence of the set, as defined by the industrial design, is a new form of bathroom accessories, manifested in the set's shape, and its common feature is the repetitive appearance of the mounting element and the finish of the remaining parts of the set. Previously known bathroom accessories designed for toiletries are characterized by the fact that the wall mounting hooks are covered with elements concealing the screws and hooks. The saddle-shaped external shape of these elements matches the ends of the body of the item, for example, a shelf, toilet paper holder, or soap dish, with which they form a connected whole. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a schematic representation in the drawing, which shows individual variants of the design in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, and for better illustration of these variants of the design in photographs according to Fig. 11, Fig. 12, Fig. 13, Fig. 14, Fig. 15, Fig. 16, Fig. 17, Fig. 18, Fig. 19 and Fig. 20, respectively. The essential features of the industrial design, as shown in Fig. 1 and the photograph in Fig. 11, showing a soap dish, are that the two fastening elements of the soap dish consist of covers shaped like rounded sleeves with round end caps, as well as decorative rings and spacer rings. The fastening elements are provided with two coaxially mounted ends of a circular rod, which externally forms an arc-shaped connection between these elements. A flat soap dish with holes in the bottom is embedded in the arc-shaped bend of this rod. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 2 and the photograph in Fig. 12, showing a cup holder, are that the cup holder mounting elements have the shapes as in Fig. 1 and are provided with two coaxially mounted ends of a circular rod, which on the outside forms an arc-shaped connection between these elements. A flat plate for the cup is embedded in the arc-shaped bend of this rod. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 3 and the photograph in Fig. 13, showing a wall lamp, are that the wall lamp mounting element has the shape as in Fig. 1 and, when mounted on a round wall box, is provided in its central part with a rod protruding downward, bent upward in an arc and supporting the spherical lampshade. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 4 and the photograph in Fig. 14, showing a shelf with a frame, are that the shelf mounting elements have the shapes shown in Fig. 1 and are provided with two coaxially mounted ends of a round cross-section rod, which forms an arc-shaped railing on the outside. A transparent shelf is placed beneath the railing, supported by thin arc-shaped rods. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 5 and the photograph in Fig. 15, showing a triple hanger, are that the mounting elements have the shapes shown in Fig. 1 and are provided with two coaxially mounted ends of a round cross-section rod, which forms an arc-shaped connection between these elements on the outside. Three spherical hangers are arranged on the surface of this rod. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 6 and the photograph in Fig. 16, showing a movable two-arm hanger, are manifest in that the two hanger mounting elements, arranged one above the other, have the shapes as in Fig. 1 and are provided with coaxially mounted pins which are connected to a vertical set of movable sleeves to which two long, bent, arc-shaped rod segments with a circular cross-section are attached. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 7 and the photograph in Fig. 17, showing a mirror, are manifest in that the two mirror mounting elements, arranged on both sides, have the shapes as in Fig. 1 and are provided with coaxially mounted two ends of rods with a circular cross-section which hold the glass plate of the mirror from the back. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 8 and the photograph in Fig. 18, showing a toilet brush holder in a container, are manifest in that the two holder mounting elements have the shapes as in Fig. 1 and are provided with two coaxially mounted ends of a round cross-section rod, which on the outside forms an arc-shaped connection of these elements. A container in which a toilet brush is placed is embedded in the arc-shaped bend of this rod. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 9 and the photograph in Fig. 19, showing a holder for a liquid soap container, are manifest in that the two holder mounting elements have the shapes as in Fig. 1 and are provided with two coaxially mounted ends of a round cross-section rod, which on the outside forms an arc-shaped connection of these elements. A liquid soap container is embedded in the arc of this rod. The essential features of the industrial design, as shown in Fig. 10 and the photograph in Fig. 20 showing a toilet paper holder, are that the two holder mounting elements are shaped as in Fig. 1 and are equipped with lateral pins that secure the rod bent in a "U" shape. A movable, bent rectangular flap with rounded corners is attached to the top of this rod. All external parts of the bathroom accessories set, such as decorative rings, spacer rings, rods, pins, sleeves, and hangers, have glossy surfaces, while the covers have matte surfaces.
