Istote zestawu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac akcesoriów lazienkowych przejawiajaca sie w ksztaltach zestawu, a wspólna jego cecha jest powtarzalny wyglad elementu mocujacego oraz wykonczenie pozostalych czesci tego zestawu. Znane dotychczas akcesoria lazienkowe przeznaczone do przyborów toaletowych charakteryzuja sie tym, ze na zaczepy mocujace do sciany nalozone sa elementy maskujace sruby i te zaczepy. The essence of the set, as defined by the industrial design, is a new form of bathroom accessories, manifested in the set's shape, and its common feature is the repetitive appearance of the mounting element and the finish of the remaining parts of the set. Previously known bathroom accessories designed for toiletries are characterized by the fact that the wall mounting hooks are covered with elements concealing the screws and hooks. The saddle-shaped external shape of these elements matches the ends of the body of the item, for example, a shelf, toilet paper holder, or soap dish, with which they form a connected whole. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a schematic representation in the drawing, which shows individual variants of the design in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, and for a better illustration of these variants of the design, respectively, in the photographs according to Fig. 11, Fig. 12, Fig. 13, Fig. 14, Fig. 15, Fig. 16, Fig. 17, Fig. 18, Fig. 19 and Fig. 20. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 1 and the photographs in Fig. 11 showing a toilet paper holder with a flap are manifested in that the fastening element consists of a cover, a decorative frame and in the middle a decorative plug occupying the upper part of the cover. The cover, decorative frame, and decorative cap have a rectangular shape in their lower section with rounded corners, and a rounded arc in their upper section. A movable rectangular flap with rounded corners is attached to the front of the cover on a rectangular offset. Essential features of the industrial design according to Fig. 2 and the photograph Fig. 12, showing a single hanger, are that the mounting element with the cover has the shape as in Fig. 1, and the hanger is located on the rectangular offset at the bottom of the cover. Essential features of the industrial design according to Fig. 3 and the photograph Fig. 13, showing a mug with a handle, are that the mounting element with the cover has the shape as in Fig. 1 and is provided with a round handle at the bottom that serves as a cup stand. The essential features of the industrial design according to Fig. 4 and the photograph Fig. 14, showing an oval towel hanger, are that the fastening element with a cover has the shape as in Fig. 1 and is provided at the bottom with a rectangular offset, on which the oval hanger is rotatably mounted via a sleeve. The essential features of the industrial design according to Fig. 5 and the photograph Fig. 15, showing a triple hanger, are that two fastening elements with covers have the shapes as in Fig. 1 and are arranged horizontally opposite each other on an elongated plate, along which three hangers are situated at the bottom. The essential features of the industrial design according to Fig. 6 and the photograph Fig. 16, showing a soap dish, are that the fastening element with a cover has the shape as in Fig. 1 and is provided at the bottom with a round handle constituting a support for the soap dish plate. The essential features of the industrial design according to Fig. 7 and the photograph Fig. 17, showing a glass shelf, are that two fastening elements with covers, having the shapes as in Fig. 1, are provided with elongated, perpendicularly arranged handles, between which a rectangular glass shelf is mounted. The essential features of the industrial design according to Fig. 8 and the photograph Fig. 18, showing a bathroom shelf, are that two fastening elements with covers having shapes as in Fig. 1, are provided at the front with two handles holding an oval bathroom shelf. The essential features of the industrial design according to Fig. 9 and the photograph Fig. 19, showing a straight towel rail, are that two fastening elements with covers arranged opposite each other, occurring in pairs, have shapes as in Fig. 1 and are provided at the front with two handles holding a straight towel rail between them. The essential features of the industrial design according to Fig. 10 and the photograph Fig. 20 showing a toilet brush in a container are that the mounting element with a cover has the shape as in Fig. 1 and is provided in its lower part with a flat clamp forming a ring supporting the container with the toilet brush in the air. All parts of the elements, such as decorative frames, caps, handles and bases, have glossy surfaces, while the remaining parts, such as covers, shelves, hangers and rods, have matt painted surfaces.
