Istote zestawu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac akcesoriów lazienkowych przejawiajaca sie w ksztaltach zestawu, a wspólna jego cecha jest powtarzalny wyglad elementu mocujacego oraz wykonczenie pozostalych czesci tego zestawu. Znane dotychczas akcesoria lazienkowe przeznaczone do przyborów toaletowych charakteryzuja sie tym, ze na zaczepy mocujace do sciany nalozone sa elementy maskujace sruby i te zaczepy. Elementy maskujace sa dopasowane siodelkowym ksztaltem zewnetrznym do koncówek kor- pusu danego przedmiotu, przykladowo pólki, wieszaka do papieru toale- towego, mydelniczki, z któiymi tworzy polaczona calosc. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of bathroom accessories, COLLECTION 15, designed for hanging and displaying toiletries such as towels, toilet paper, soap, dishes and containers for toiletries, and clothing items. The essence of the set, as defined by the industrial design, is a new form of bathroom accessories, manifested in the set's shape, and its common feature is the repetitive appearance of the mounting element and the finish of the remaining parts of the set. Previously known bathroom accessories designed for toiletries are characterized by the fact that the wall mounting hooks are covered with elements concealing the screws and hooks. The saddle-shaped external shape of these elements matches the ends of the body of the item, for example, a shelf, toilet paper holder, or soap dish, with which they form a connected whole. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a schematic representation in the drawing, which shows individual variants of the design in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, and for better illustration of these variants of the design, in photographs according to Fig. 11, Fig. 12, Fig. 13, Fig. 14, Fig. 15, Fig. 16, Fig. 17, Fig. 18, Fig. 19 and Fig. 20, respectively. The essential features of the industrial design as shown in Fig. 1 and the photograph in Fig. 11, showing a single hanger, are that the mounting element consists of a cover in the form of two interconnected bowl halves, the contact point of which forms an arc line, and the upper bowl has an oval cap, releasably mounted on its axis of symmetry, forming an extension of the convex surface of the upper bowl. The mounting element is provided at the bottom with two round rods bent at right angles and connected to each other in an arc at the front. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 2 and the photograph in Fig. 12, showing a soap dish, are that the soap dish mounting element has the shape as in Fig. 1 and is provided at the bottom with two rods of circular cross-section, bent at a right angle and connected to a ring-shaped rod on which a transparent plate is placed. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 3 and the photograph in Fig. 13, showing a single mug handle, are that the mug mounting element has the shape as in Fig. 1 and is provided at the bottom with two rods of circular cross-section, bent at a right angle and connected at the ends to form a ring on which the mug is mounted. Both rods on the side of the mounting element are connected by two straight rods. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 4 and the photograph in Fig. 14 showing a paper holder with a flap are that the holder fastening element has the shape as in Fig. 1 and is provided at the bottom with two round rods bent at a right angle and connected together to a sleeve through which a rod bent in the shape of the letter "U" passes. On this rod a rectangular bent flap with rounded corners is movably mounted. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 5 and the photograph in Fig. 15 showing a shower soap dish are that the soap dish mounting element has the shape as in Fig. 1 and is provided at the bottom with two rods of circular cross-section bent at a right angle and forming with their ends an oval-shaped ring to which bent rods are attached from below, forming the soap dish basket. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 6 and the photograph in Fig. 16, showing a soap container handle, are that the holder fastening element has the shape as in Fig. 1 and is provided with two rods of circular cross-section bent at right angles and forming a ring with their ends in which the soap container is mounted. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 7 and the photograph in Fig. 17, showing a shelf with a frame, are that the shelf fastening elements have the shape as in Fig. 1 and are provided at the bottom with two rods of circular cross-section bent at right angles, to the ends of which an arc-shaped frame is attached forming a barrier at the front of the shelf. A transparent, elongated plate rests on rods extending from the fastening elements, its front being shaped to match the frame. The essential features of the industrial design as shown in Fig. 8 and the photograph in Fig. 18, showing a hanger with three hooks, are that the hanger's fastening element is shaped as in Fig. 1 and is provided at the bottom with two round rods bent at right angles and connected at their ends to a perpendicular section of the rod on which three ball-shaped hooks are located. The essential features of the industrial design as shown in Fig. 9 and the photograph in Fig. 19, showing a two-arm movable hanger, are that the hanger fastening element has the shape as in Fig. 1 and is provided at the bottom with two round rods bent at a right angle and their ends are connected to a set of movable sleeves to which two long, arc-shaped arms in the form of round rods are attached perpendicularly. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 10 and the photograph in Fig. 20 showing a toilet brush holder in a container are that the holder's mounting element has the shape as in Fig. 1 and is provided at the bottom with two round rods bent at a right angle and their ends connected to form a ring supporting the container in which the toilet brush is placed. All external parts of the bathroom accessories set, such as the cover parts, rods, sleeves, baskets, and hangers, have glossy surfaces, while the oval caps in the mounting elements have matte surfaces.
