Istote zestawu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac akcesoriów lazienkowych przejawiajaca sie w ksztaltach zestawu, a wspólna jego cecha jest powtarzalny wyglad elementów mocujacych oraz wykonczenie pozostalych czesci tego zestawu. Znane dotychczas akcesoria lazienkowe przeznaczone do przyborów toaletowych charakteryzuja sie tym, ze na zaczepy mocujace do sciany nalozone sa elementy maskujace sruby i te zaczepy. Elementy maskujace sa dopasowane siodelkowym ksztaltem zewnetrznym do koncówek kor- pusu danego przedmiotu, przykladowo pólki, wieszaka do papieru toa- letowego lub mydelniczki, z którymi tworzy polaczona calosc. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany zostal w ujeciu schema- tycznym na rysunku zbiorczym, na którym przedstawiono na Fig. 1,Fig. 2 i Fig. 3 poszczególne odmiany wzoru oraz w celu lepszego zobra- zowania tych odmian wzoru odpowiednio na fotografiach wedlug Fig. 4, Fig. 5 i Fig. 6. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego wedlug rysunku na Fig. 1 i na fo- tografii na Fig. 4 ukazujacych uchwyt uniwersalny, przejawiaja sie tym, ze dwa elementy mocujace uchwyt uniwersalny skladaja sie z maskownic majacych ksztalt plaskich miseczek z zaokraglonymi z jednej strony krawedziami. Elementy mocujace zaopatrzone sa we wspólosiowo osa- dzone dwa konce okraglego w przekroju preta, który na zewnatrz tworzy lukowe w ksztalcie zblizonym do litery „U" polaczenie tych elementów mocujacych. Na jednym z ramion litery „U" od wewnetrznej strony osadzone sa prostopadle równoramiennie rozmieszczone wieszaczki o zaokraglonych prostych koncach. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego wedlug rysunku na Fig. 2 i na fotografii na Fig. 5 ukazujacych pochwyt do wanny lub pod prysznic, przejawiaja sie tym, ze elementy mocujace pochwyt maja ksztalty jak na Fig. 1 i sa zaopatrzone we wspólosiowo osadzone dwa konce okraglego w przekroju preta, któiyna zewnatrz tworzy lukowo-prostokatne pola- czenie tych elementów. To pola- czenie wypelnione jest wewnatrz równolegle usytuowanymi odcinkami pretów umocowanych w bocznych ramionach pólki. Prostopadle do bocznych ramion pólki usytuowany jest wieszak w ksztalcie litery „U". W dolnej czesci tego wieszaka osadzone sa równomiernie rozmieszczone wieszaczki o zaokraglonych prostych koncach. The subject of the industrial design is a set of hotel bathroom hangers intended for hanging towels, bathrobes, and other items of clothing. The essence of the set according to the industrial design is a new form of bathroom accessories, manifested in the set's shape, and its common feature is the repetitive appearance of the fastening elements and the finish of the remaining parts of the set. Previously known bathroom accessories intended for toiletries are characterized by the fact that the wall mounting hooks are covered with elements concealing the screws and hooks. The saddle-shaped external shape of the concealing elements matches the ends of the body of the item, for example, a shelf, toilet paper holder, or soap dish, with which they form a connected whole. The subject of the industrial design is shown schematically in a collective drawing, which presents individual design variants in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, and for better illustration of these design variants, in photographs in Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, respectively. The essential features of the industrial design in Fig. 1 and in the photograph in Fig. 4 showing the universal handle are that the two fastening elements of the universal handle consist of covers in the shape of flat cups with edges rounded on one side. The fastening elements are provided with two coaxially mounted ends of a round rod, which on the outside forms an arc-shaped connection of these fastening elements similar to the letter "U". On one of the arms of the letter "U" from the inside there are perpendicularly arranged isosceles hangers with rounded straight ends. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 2 and the photograph in Fig. 5 showing a handrail for a bathtub or shower are that the elements fastening the handrail have the shapes as in Fig. 1 and are provided with two coaxially mounted ends of a rod with a round cross-section, which on the outside creates an arc-rectangular connection of these elements. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 3 and the photograph in Fig. 6 showing a shelf-hanger are that the elements fastening the shelf have the shapes as in Fig. 1 and are provided with two coaxially mounted ends of a rod with a round cross-section, which on the outside creates a rectangular connection of these elements. This connection is filled inside with parallel sections of rods fastened to the side arms of the shelf. A U-shaped hanger is placed perpendicularly to the side arms of the shelf. In the lower part of this hanger, evenly spaced hangers with rounded straight ends are mounted.
