Akcesoria sluza do mocowania, ustawiania, zawieszania takich przyborów toaletowych jak: mydlo, papier toaletowy, pojemniki, reczni- ki, kosmetyki, czesci garderoby. Wspólna cecha kompletu jest powtarzalny wyglad elementu mocujacego, którego idea mecha- nizmu oparta jest na wzorze uzytkowym nr 65411. The accessories are used for mounting, arranging, and hanging toiletries such as soap, toilet paper, containers, towels, cosmetics, and clothing. A common feature of the set is the repetitive appearance of the fastening element, whose mechanism is based on utility model no. 65411. The applicant is entitled to the protection rights under the aforementioned design. Each item in the bathroom set includes a modular fastening element, either single or multiple, on which are mounted appropriately shaped functional grips such as hooks, holders, bands, catches, mounting strips, and stands. These are made of materials with square or rectangular cross-sections. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, which shows individual variations of the design in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9, Fig. 10. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 1, showing a single hook, are that the modular fastening element consists of a square masking cover, a body in the shape of a square cube, and a square rear spacer washer. The fastening elements have appropriately shaped holes in which the end of the curved, square hook rod is embedded. The bar forms a profiled holder in which the container in which the toilet brush is placed is mounted. The essential features of the industrial design, as shown in Fig. 10, showing a corner glass shelf, are that the shelf frame mounting elements are shaped as in Fig. 1. The two ends of the shelf rail, made of a rectangular bar, are mounted in the mounting holes. On the underside of the rail, thin bar brackets are attached, supporting an arc-cut glass shelf with polished edges. The essential features of the industrial design of the bathroom accessories set represent a new form of component elements, manifesting themselves in the shape of a square cube, a sharp, angular form, the color of the noble chrome-plated brass surface, and the original arrangement and connection of functional elements. All external surfaces of the bathroom accessories set have a highly polished chrome-finished surface. This simplifies maintenance, creates an aesthetically pleasing, original appearance, and enhances the product's appeal. Modular mounting elements allow for easy assembly and disassembly of the bathroom accessory set's components. The combination of all the above-mentioned features of the accessory set creates a cohesive overall composition.
