Na komplet, objety niniejszym wzorem zdobniczym, skladaja sie: pólka z szufladka, wieszak na reczniki, mydelniczka. póleczka pod kubek i kubek, wieszaczek i papiernica na papier toaletowy. Przedmiot wzom zdobniczego przedstawiono na zalaczonych fotografiach, wsród których fig. 1. przedstawia w calosci komplet lazienkowy, fig. 2. - pólke lazienkowaz szufladka, fig. 3. - wieszak do reczników, fig. 4. - mydelniczke, fig. 5. - póleczke pod kubek z kubkiem, fig. 6. - wieszaczek, fig. 7. - papiernice. Cecha charakterystyczna kompletu jest zastosowanie we wzornictwie wszystkich jego elementów jednej linii wzorniczej, wyrazajacej sie uzyciem elips i elipsoid do uksztaltowania poszczególnych detali elementów skladajacycli sie na komplet lazienkowy. Kazdy z elementów kompletu posiada jednolite w ksztalcie oslonki na lby elementów zlacznych, przeznaczonych do mocowania czesci skladowych kompletu lazienkowego do sciany. Oslonki te posiadaja ksztalt zblizony do jednej czwartej czesci powloki elipsoidy, o dluzszej osi prostopadlej do sciany i o powierzchni metalicznej.. W sklad kompletu lazienkowego objetego wzorem zdobniczym wchodzi zawieszana na scianie pólka lazienkowa wraz z wysuwana szufladka. Drugim elementem kompletu lazienkowego, wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, jest wieszak do reczników. Korpus wieszaka wraz z koncówkami ramion w nim ustalonych ma ksztalt zblizony do polowy elipsoidy o pionowej, dluzszej osi. The right of registration of the ornamental design is valid from 14th February 1999. Priority from the DOMEXPO 1998 Poznań International Fair exhibition from 15th September 1998. The subject of the ornamental design is a bathroom set. The set covered by this ornamental design consists of: a shelf with a drawer, a towel rack, a soap dish, a shelf for a mug and a cup, a hanger, and a toilet paper holder. The decorative design is shown in the attached photographs, including Fig. 1., which shows the entire bathroom set; Fig. 2., a bathroom shelf with drawer; Fig. 3., a towel rack; Fig. 4., a soap dish; Fig. 5., a mug shelf with a mug; Fig. 6., a coat rack; Fig. 7., a paper towel rack. A distinctive feature of the set is the use of a single design line throughout the design, expressed by the use of ellipses and ellipsoids to shape individual details of the bathroom set. Each element of the set features uniformly shaped covers for the heads of the fasteners used to attach the bathroom set components to the wall. These covers have a shape similar to one-quarter of an ellipsoid shell, with its longer axis perpendicular to the wall and a metallic surface. The bathroom set with the decorative pattern includes a wall-hung bathroom shelf with a pull-out drawer. This shelf has a shape that, in a horizontal projection, resembles half of an elongated ellipse, with its longer axis parallel to the wall and significantly exceeding the shorter axis. There is a recess in almost the entire storage surface of the shelf. In a vertical projection, the shelf has two outermost elements that secure it to the wall, in the shape of halves of an ellipsoid, with its longer axis perpendicular to the wall. The horizontal storage surface of the shelf is smoothly suspended from these mounting elements. Below this surface, underneath, are guides along the width of the shelf, in which a drawer slides, with a curved lower surface. Inside the drawer are partitions. The drawer has a recess in the center of its front wall, used to grip the drawer when pulling it out. The second element of the bathroom set, following the decorative pattern, is a towel rack. The rack body, along with the ends of the arms mounted within it, has a shape similar to half an ellipsoid with a vertical, longer axis. A vertical axis is embedded in the rack body, on which are mounted the three ends of the hanger's torsion bars, the upper one being the shortest, the lower one the longest. Each of these has rounded ridges at the other end to prevent towels from slipping. The bathroom set includes a wall-mounted soap dish, functionally similar to a shelf. In horizontal projection, the soap dish has a shape similar to half an ellipse, with its longer axis parallel to the wall, and a recess in the soap dish's storage surface, shaped like a half-ellipse, separated by four ribs perpendicular to the longer axis of the ellipse. In vertical projection, the soap dish has two outer wall mounting elements, shaped like half-ellipsoids, with its longer axis perpendicular to the wall. The mounting elements include a smoothly suspended horizontal storage surface of the soap dish. The set, in keeping with the decorative pattern, includes a wall-mounted mug shelf with a cylindrical mug. The shelf, in its horizontal projection, has a shape similar to half an ellipse, with its longer axis parallel to the wall. The shelf has a circular recess in the storage surface with through-holes. The shelf, in its vertical projection, has two end wall mounting elements, similar to half ellipsoids, with its longer axis perpendicular to the wall. The shelf's storage surface is smoothly suspended from these mounting elements. A cylindrical cup sits on the shelf, its generatrix rounded at the bottom, and its bottom diameter is smaller than the cup diameter. The set includes a hanger, whose body is similar to half an ellipsoid, with its longer axis vertical. A hook is created from the front of the body. The final component of the set, according to the decorative pattern, is a toilet paper dispenser. The dispenser has a shape similar to half an ellipsoid, with its longer axis horizontal and parallel to the wall. The dispenser includes a wall-mounting element with a mounting body located in the upper center, similar to half an ellipsoid, with its axis perpendicular to the wall. The dispenser is part of the shell of the half ellipsoid, with its longer axis horizontal. The dispenser has a lid, which is part of the shell of the ellipsoid. The left and right ends of this lid are parts of the element that secures the dispenser to the wall.
