Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są prasowane elementy kompozytowe stosowane jako elementy konstrukcyjne w budownictwie, w budowie maszyn, w przemyśle motoryzacyjnym, transporcie, energii odnawialnej lub elementy funkcjonalne w ogrodnictwie, czy w gospodarstwie domowym oraz sposób ich wytwarzania. Prasowane elementy kompozytowe składają się z warstwy, którą stanowi mieszanina kompozytowa z żywicy syntetycznej z utwardzaczem i rekompozytem. Rekompozyt są to mielone odpady poprodukcyjne lub mielone wyroby z żywic poliestrowych zbrojonych włóknem szklanym lub matą szklaną lub tkaniną szklaną albo żywic epoksydowych zbrojonych włóknem węglowym lub tkaniny węglowe Rekompozyt po zmieleniu ma frakcję od 0,5 mm do 40 mm. Rekompozyt stanowi od 40% do 85% mieszaniny kompozytowej.
