Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są odlewane elementy kompozytowe stosowane jako elementy konstrukcyjne w budownictwie, w budowie maszyn lub elementy funkcjonalne w ogrodnictwie, czy w gospodarstwie domowym oraz sposób ich wytwarzania. Odlewane elementy kompozytowe według wynalazku składają się z odlewanej warstwy, którą stanowi mieszanina kompozytowa z żywicy syntetycznej z utwardzaczem i rekompozytem. Mieszanina kompozytowa w szczególności zawiera żywicę poliestrową lub żywicę epoksydową lub żywicę epoksydową na bazie winyloestrowej oraz utwardzacze aminowe alifatyczne. Zaś rekompozyt są to mielone odpady poprodukcyjne lub mielone wyroby z żywic poliestrowych zbrojonych włóknem szklanym lub matą szklaną lub tkaniną szklaną albo żywic epoksydowych zbrojonych włóknem węglowym lub tkaniny węglowe. Rekompozyt po zmieleniu ma frakcję od 0,5 mm do 20 mm. Rekompozyt stanowi od 20% do 50% mieszaniny kompozytowej.
