Abstract
本发明公开了一种集成磨石及其制备方法,该集成磨石包括以下组分及其重量份:20‑30份水、25‑35份纳米无机硅自流平水泥砂浆、32‑52份再生资源、1份石材保护剂、1份锂基密封固化剂、1份水泥硬化剂;其中,再生资源包括河砂、石英砂、鹅卵石、贝壳、建筑玻璃、铜条中的一种或多种。该集成磨石,整体性强、形状可随意设计、坚若磐石、平滑如镜、耐磨金刚、A级防火、高强密度、超强防渗。

技术领域
本发明涉及磨石领域,更具体的说是涉及一种集成磨石及其制备方法。
背景技术
磨石的现有磨石主要是水磨石、环氧磨石。水磨石和环氧磨石的主要区别是环氧磨石是利用环氧树脂做粘结剂,所以,环氧磨石也叫环氧基磨石、有机磨石,而水磨石地面是利用水泥做粘结剂,所以又叫水泥基磨石、无机磨石。水磨石地面低碳环保,而环氧磨石地面要消耗能源,其均存在以下缺陷:整体性不强、硬度差、耐磨性能差、抗渗性能差、抗酸性能差、美观度不够且使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述技术问题提供一种集成磨石及其制备方法。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种集成磨石,包括以下组分及其重量份:20-30份水、25-35份无机硅水泥基自流平砂浆、32-52份再生资源、1份石材保护剂、1份锂基密封固化剂、1份水泥硬化剂;
其中,再生资源包括河砂、石英砂、鹅卵石、贝壳、建筑玻璃、铜条中的一种或多种。
一种集成磨石的制备方法,在温度大于等于5℃下进行,该方法包括以下步骤:
A、按照上述的水、无机硅自流平水泥砂浆、河砂、石英砂、鹅卵石、贝壳、建筑玻璃、水泥硬化剂及重量份对其进行混合搅拌;
B、将其输送至平台并摊平压实;
C、24小时后,按设计切割伸缩缝镶嵌铜条;
D、打磨至镜面效果,喷洒石材保护剂、锂基密封固化剂,机械抛光至设计要求。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明配方及制备方法制得的集成磨石,整体性强、形状可随意设计、坚若磐石、平滑如镜、耐磨金刚、A级防火、高强密度、超强防渗。

实施例1
一种集成磨石,包括以下组分及其重量份:20-30份水、25-35份无机硅水泥基自流平砂浆、32-52份再生资源、1份石材保护剂、1份锂基密封固化剂、1份水泥硬化剂;
其中,再生资源包括河砂、石英砂、鹅卵石、贝壳、建筑玻璃、铜条中的一种或多种。
经发明人多次试验证明,采用以下重量份其效果佳,水24-28份、无机硅水泥基自流平砂浆27-31份、再生资源38-45份。
实施例2
基于上述配方,本实施例在上述实施例的基础上公开一具体实施方式,即包括以下组分及其重量份:水26份、无机硅水泥基自流平砂浆30份、再生资源40份、1份石材保护剂、1份锂基密封固化剂、1份水泥硬化剂。
上述集成磨石的制备过程在温度大于等于5℃下进行,具体的,其制备方法为:
A、按照上述的水、无机硅水泥基自流平砂浆、河砂、石英砂、鹅卵石、贝壳、建筑玻璃、水泥硬化剂及重量份对其进行混合搅拌至均匀;
B、用泵将其输送至平台并摊平压实,优选的,可直接输送至地面;
C、24小时后,按设计切割伸缩缝镶嵌铜条;
D、打磨至镜面效果,喷洒石材保护剂、锂基密封固化剂,机械抛光至设计要求。
采用该实施例制备的集成磨石,其耐磨性6.2、莫氏硬度8-9、抗渗度0.055毫升/小时、抗老化≥20万小时、零VOC排放、A级防火、抗酸性强;永久性与建筑同周期,永久无需维护,靓丽如初。整个施工过程无尘施工、施工时间短、施工完毕即可行走、24小时即可使用。

1.一种集成磨石,其特征在于,包括以下组分及其重量份:20-30份水、25-35份无机硅水泥基自流平砂浆、32-52份再生资源、1份石材保护剂、1份锂基密封固化剂、1份水泥硬化剂;
其中,再生资源包括河砂、石英砂、鹅卵石、建筑玻璃、贝壳、铜条中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成磨石,其特征在于,所述水24-28份、无机硅自流平水泥砂浆27-31份、再生资源38-45份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成磨石,其特征在于,所述水26份、无机硅水泥基自流平砂浆30份、再生资源40份。
4.一种集成磨石的制备方法,其特征在于,在温度大于等于5℃下进行,该方法包括以下步骤:
A、按照权利要求1至3任一所述的水、无机硅水泥基自流平砂浆、河砂、石英砂、鹅卵石、贝壳、建筑玻璃、水泥硬化剂及重量份对其进行混合搅拌;
B、将其输送至平台并摊平压实;
C、24小时后,按设计切割伸缩缝镶嵌铜条;
D、打磨至镜面效果,喷洒石材保护剂、锂基密封固化剂,机械抛光至设计要求。
