Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania elementów przestrzennych poprzez technologię Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) prowadzony poprzez nagrzewanie materiału charakteryzuje się tym, że podkład stalowy nagrzewa się do temperatury 120°C - 150°C. następnie materiał wsadowy stanowiący drut o średnicy 1,0 – 1,6 mm o składzie chemicznym 0,21% C, 4,01% Ni, 1,37% Cr, 0,39% Mn, 0,33% Mo, 0,25% Si, 021% V, 0,01% Al, 0,005% P, 0,005% S, resztę stanowi Fe, topi się łuku spawalniczym, przy szybkości podawania drutu 7,5 m/min, natężeniu prądu 160 A, napięciu prądu 12,4 V, przy ciągłym ruchu palnika wzdłuż zadanej trajektorii, uzyskując pierwszą warstwę, która następnie chłodzi się do temp. 120°C w temperaturze otoczenia, po czym ponownie, co najmniej jednokrotnie topi się materiał wsadowy przy szybkości podawania drutu 7,5 m/min, natężeniu prądu 160 A, napięciu prądu 12,4 V przy ciągłym ruchu palnika wzdłuż zadanej trajektorii, po czym chłodzi się uzyskaną warstwę do temp. 120°C.
