Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób modyfikacji powierzchni kompozytów poliestrowych związkami krzemoorganicznymi otrzymanymi na drodze reakcji hydrosililowania. Wynalazek ten charakteryzuje się tym, że w naczyniu reakcyjnym umieszcza się poliwodorosiloksan (PWS) oraz toluen i miesza się, po czym do powstałej mieszaniny dodaje się kompozycję olefin: metakrylanu allilu oraz związku wybranego spośród: eteru allilowo 2,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-oktafluoropentylowego (OFP), oktenu (OCT), okładecenu (OD), perfluoroheksenu (F-HEX), perfluorooktenu (F-OCT) lub perfluorodekenu (F-DEC), a następnie dodaje się katalizator, po czym powstałą mieszaninę ogrzewa się i miesza, a następnie odparowuje rozpuszczalnik, po czym rozpuszcza się w wybranym rozpuszczalniku organicznym tworząc roztwór modyfikatora, który następnie nanosi się na powierzchnię kompozytu poliestrowego, po czym kompozyt poliestrowy ogrzewa się.
