Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest masa kremowa będąca nadzieniem, zwłaszcza prozdrowotnych waflowych produktów spożywczych, będąca nadzieniem piekarniczych wyrobów cukierniczych w szczególności batonów waflowych, rurek waflowych o obniżonym indeksie glikemicznym, produktów dietetycznych bez dodatku cukru. Masa kremowa będąca nadzieniem zwłaszcza prozdrowotnych waflowych produktów spożywczych charakteryzuje się tym, że w jej w skład wchodzi roślinny tłuszcz, maltitol, erytrytol, inulina, koncentrat białek mlecznych, lecytyna korzystnie rzepakowa i sól kuchenna.
