Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania pigmentów organiczno-nieorganicznych, w drodze reakcji barwnika azowego z nieorganicznym nośnikiem sfunkcjonalizowanym związkiem krzemoorganicznym, który polega na tym, że stosuje się barwnik azowy w formie chlorku kwasowego, który poddaje się reakcji z nieorganicznym nośnikiem sfunkcjonalizowanym związkiem krzemoorganicznym zawierającym w swojej strukturze 1, 2 lub 3 grupy aminowe. Reakcję chlorku kwasowego barwnika ze sfunkcjonalizowanym nośnikiem prowadzi się we wrzącym toluenie, w obecności tri-n-propyloaminy, w czasie 8 godzin, a zawiesinę otrzymanego pigmentu odsącza się na gorąco, przemywa N-metylo-2-piroli-donem w temperaturze 60°C i oczyszczony pigment przemywa się etanolem, aż do uzyskania bezbarwnego przesączu.
