Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób selektywnego otrzymywania paradichlorobenzenu z ulepszonym odzyskiem układu katalitycznego. W sposobie tym benzen i/lub monochlorobenzen poddano chlorowaniu chlorem cząsteczkowym w celu uzyskania paradichlorobenzenu z wysoką selektywnością. Użyto w tym celu reaktora periodycznego, gdzie zastosowano wysokoselektywny układ katalityczny złożony z SbCl<sub>3</sub> i pochodnej fenotiazyny. Cały proces ulepszono o wprowadzenie nowej metody odzysku układu katalitycznego, która została oparta na zawrocie do procesu cieczy macierzystej zawierającej układ katalityczny po uprzednim odseparowaniu ze świeżej mieszaniny poreakcyjnej drogą destylacji pod zmniejszonym ciśnieniem nieprzereagowanych surowców i ich zawrocie oraz wykrystalizowaniu paradichlorobenzenu z cieczy wyczerpanej po destylacji próżniowej.
