Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie armatury sanitarnej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia armature sanitar- na w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z góry fig.2- armature w widoku z przodu, fig.3- armature w widoku z tylu, fig.4- armature w widoku z boku, fig.5- armature w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- armature w widoku z góry, a fig.7- armature w widoku z dolu.Armatura sanitarna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego/ obejmujaca dwa symetryczne krany i wylew, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: kran sklada sie z dwóch segmentów, przy czym segment dolny ma ksztalt walca, a segment górny ma postac profilu prostokatnego majacego, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, zarys litery "L". Wylew ma ksztalt profilu kwadratowego, ma- jacego w widoku z boku, zarys litery "L" i jest usytuowany centralnie na walcowym kolnierzu. Os wzdluzna dluzszej czesci wylewu jest równolegla do osi krótszych czesci kranów. Na kwadratowej powierzchni wylewu znajduje sie walcowy wy- step, którego powierzchnia jest splaszczona od strony bocz- nej. Ponadto z kolnierza wylewu wystaje ponad kolnierzem i ku dolowi element walcowy, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym ry- sunku, fig.l do 7.FIG. 1FIG. 2FIG. 3FIG. 4 FIG. 5FIG. 6 FIG. 7 PL PLSanitary Fittings The design registration right is valid from: August 14, 2002. Priority: March 5, 2002 (Federal Republic of Germany). The subject of the industrial design is sanitary fittings. The novelty and originality of the design is reflected in the shape of the sanitary fittings. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the sanitary fitting in a perspective view from the front, side and top; fig. 2 - the fitting in the front view; fig. 3 - the fitting in the back view; fig. 4 - the fitting in the side view; fig. 5 - the fitting in the other side view; fig. 6 - the fitting in the top view; and fig. 7 - the fitting in the bottom view. The sanitary fitting according to the industrial design, comprising two symmetrical taps and a spout, has the following essential features: the tap consists of two segments, wherein the lower segment is cylindrical in shape, and the upper segment is in the form of a rectangular profile having, in the front and back view, the outline of the letter "L". The spout has the shape of a square profile having, in the side view, the outline of the letter "L" and is located centrally on a cylindrical collar. The longitudinal axis of the longer part of the spout is parallel to the axis of the shorter parts of the faucets. On the square surface of the spout is a cylindrical projection, the surface of which is flattened on the side.
