Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie armatury sanitarnej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia armature sanitar- na w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z góry fig.2- armature w widoku z przodu, fig.3- armature w widoku z tylu, fig.4- armature w widoku z boku, fig.5- armature w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- armature w widoku z góry, a fig.7- armature w widoku z dolu.Armatura sanitarna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca prostopadloscienna plyte czolowa, dwa symetryczne krany i wylew, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: kran sklada sie z trzech segmentów w tym tylny i srodkowy ma ksztalt wal- ca, a segment przedni ma postac plytki o zarysie równoramien- nego krzyza. Wylew ma ksztalt profilu kwadratowego, majacego w widoku z boku, zarys litery "L", przy czym jest usytuowany posrodku plyty czolowej i przebiega, dluzsza swoja czescia, tak, ze jego os wzdluzna jest prostopadla do przedniej po- wierzchni plyty czolowej, a nastepnie zagina sie lukowato i krótsza jego czesc przebiega tak, ze os wzdluzna tej czesci przebiega równolegle do przedniej powierzchni plyty czolowej. Priority: March 5, 2002 (Federal Republic of Germany). The subject of the industrial design is sanitary fittings. The novelty and originality of the design is reflected in the shape of the sanitary fittings. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the sanitary fitting in a perspective view from the front, side and top, fig. 2 - the fitting in the front view, fig. 3 - the fitting in the back view, fig. 4 - the fitting in the side view, fig. 5 - the fitting in the other side view, fig. 6 - the fitting in the top view, and fig. 7 - the fitting in the bottom view. The sanitary fitting according to the industrial design, comprising a cuboid front panel, two symmetrical taps and a spout, has the following essential features: the tap consists of three segments, of which the rear and middle segments are cylindrical in shape, and the front segment is in the form of a plate with the outline of an isosceles cross. The nozzle has a square profile, having the outline of the letter "L" in a side view, and is located in the center of the front plate and runs, with its longer part, so that its longitudinal axis is perpendicular to the front surface of the front plate. Then it bends in an arc and its shorter part runs so that the longitudinal axis of this part runs parallel to the front surface of the front plate. On the square surface of the nozzle there is a cylindrical projection, the surface of which is flattened on the front and rear sides, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 7.
