Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie armatury sanitarnej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia armature sanitar- na w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z góry fig.2- armature w widoku z przodu, fig.3- armature w widoku z tylu, fig.4- armature w widoku z boku, fig.5- armature w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- armature w widoku z góry, a fig.7- armature w widoku z dolu.Armatura sanitarna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca prostopadloscienna plyte czolowa, dwa symetryczne krany i wylew, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: kran sklada sie z dwóch segmentów, w tym tylny ma ksztalt walca, a seg- ment przedni ma postac profilu prostokatnego majacego, w wi- doku z góry i z dolu, zarys litery "L". Wylew ma ksztalt pro- filu kwadratowego, majacego w widoku z boku, zarys litery "L" i jest usytuowany posrodku plyty czolowej i przebiega, dluz- sza swoja czescia, tak, ze jej os wzdluzna jest prostopadla do przedniej powierzchni plyty czolowej, a nastepnie zagina sie lukowato i krótsza jego czesc przebiega tak, ze os wzdluzna tej czesci przebiega równolegle do przedniej po- wierzchni plyty czolowej. Priority: March 5, 2002 (Federal Republic of Germany). The subject of the industrial design is sanitary fittings. The novelty and originality of the design is reflected in the shape of the sanitary fittings. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the sanitary fitting in a perspective view from the front, side and top, fig. 2 - the fitting in a front view, fig. 3 - the fitting in a back view, fig. 4 - the fitting in a side view, fig. 5 - the fitting in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the fitting in a top view, and fig. 7 - the fitting in a bottom view. The sanitary fitting according to the industrial design, comprising a cuboid front panel, two symmetrical taps and a spout, has the following essential features: the tap consists of two segments, of which the rear one is cylindrical in shape, and the front segment is in the form of a rectangular profile having, in top and bottom views, the outline of the letter "L". The nozzle has a square profile, having the outline of the letter "L" in a side view, and is located in the center of the front plate and runs, with its longer part, so that its longitudinal axis is perpendicular to the front surface of the front plate. Then it bends in an arc and its shorter part runs so that its longitudinal axis runs parallel to the front surface of the front plate. On the square surface of the nozzle there is a cylindrical projection, the surface of which is flattened on the front and rear sides, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 7.
