Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia armature sanitarna w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- armature sanitarna w widoku perspektywicznym z boku i z dolu, fig.3- armature sanitarna w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i z tylu, fig.4- armature sanitarna w widoku perspektywicznym zdolu i z tylu, fig.5- armature sanitarna w widoku z boku, fig.6- armature sanitarna w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.7- armature sanitarna w widoku z przodu, fig.8- armature sanitarna w widoku od tylu, fig.9- armature sanitarna w widoku z góry, a fig.10- armature sanitarna w widoku z dolu. Armatura sanitarna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca kran, uchwyt mieszalnikowy oraz dwie maskownice, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: centralna czesc kranu ma postac zaslepionej z obu stron rury o przekroju niepelnego owalu, przy czym z plaskiej sciany tylnej tej czesci wypietrzaja sie ku tylowi dwa wystepy, a na kazdym z nich usytuowany jest wielokatny element dystansowy, którego wieksze powierzchnie sa wklesle, oraz walcowa maskownica. Posrodku centralnej czesci kranu znajduje sie wypietrzenie zarysie kolistym, na którym usytuowany jest uchwyt mieszalnikowy obejmujacy walcowy segment glówny, którego krawedz dolna jest lukowato podkrojona od strony tylnej oraz walcowa raczke, której os jest skosna w stosunku do osi segmentu glównego. Ponadto raczka polozona jest na krawedzi sciany górnej i sciany bocznej walcowego segmentu glównego. Z centralnej czesci kranu wystaje ku przodowi wylew, którego os ma w widoku z boku zarys linii lukowatej. Z wylewu wystaje ku górze i ku dolowi walcowy wystep, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 10.Fig. 1 PL3/ Peter KOLIN 4/ Fabian KOLLMANN The right of registration of the design is valid from: 13 December 2002 Priority: 14 June 2002 (Federal Republic of Germany) The subject of the industrial design is a sanitary fitting. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the sanitary fitting in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the sanitary fitting in a perspective view from the side and from below, fig. 3 - the sanitary fitting in a perspective view from above and from the back, fig. 4 - the sanitary fitting in a perspective view from below and from the back, fig. 5 - the sanitary fitting in a side view, fig. 6 - the sanitary fitting in a view from the other side, fig. 7 - the sanitary fitting in a front view, fig. 8 - the sanitary fitting in a back view, fig. 9 - the sanitary fitting in a top view, and fig. 10 - the sanitary fitting in a bottom view. This industrial-style sanitary fitting, comprising a faucet, a mixer handle, and two covers, has the following key features: the central part of the faucet is a semi-oval tube, sealed on both sides. Two protrusions extend from the flat rear wall of this section, each bearing a polygonal spacer with concave larger surfaces and a cylindrical cover. In the center of the central part of the faucet is a circular protrusion, on which sits the mixer handle, which includes a cylindrical main segment, the lower edge of which is arcuately cut at the rear, and a cylindrical handle, the axis of which is oblique to the axis of the main segment. Furthermore, the handle is located on the edge of the top wall and side wall of the cylindrical main segment. From the central part of the tap, a spout projects forward, the axis of which, when viewed from the side, has the outline of an arcuate line.
