Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania surowych kiełbasek ze 100% udziałem mięsa strusiego o obniżonej zawartości sodu i korzystnym profilu kwasów tłuszczowych z dodatkiem naturalnych substancji roślinnych o właściwościach prozdrowotnych. Sposób wytwarzania surowych kiełbasek z mięsa strusiego charakteryzuje się tym, że przygotowuje się surowiec o składzie: surowca mięsnego w ilości 93%, surowca tłuszczowego w ilości7%.
