Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania surowych burgerów ze 100% udziałem mięsa i tłuszczu strusiego o obniżonej zawartości sodu z dodatkiem substancji prozdrowotnych. Sposób wytwarzania surowych kiełbasek z mięsa strusiego charakteryzuje się tym, że przygotowuje się surowiec o składzie: surowca mięsnego w ilości 91%, surowca tłuszczowego w ilości 9%.
