Abstract
Sposób zwiększania sferyczności ziaren proszków polimerów termoplastycznych polega na tym, że proszek polimeru termoplastycznego wprowadza się w strumieniu gazu do urządzenia zapewniającego rozbicie aglomeratów ziaren materiału proszkowego, następnie proszek transportuje się przez dyszę (2) do transparentnej optycznie komory przepływowej (4) znajdującej się w obszarze działania promieniowania generowanego przez źródło promieniowania (3), następnie umożliwia się absorpcję promieniowania i całkowite stopienie ziaren lub przemianę fazową drugiego rodzaju dla ziaren proszku polimerowego na skutek absorpcji energii radiacyjnej, kolejno stopione ziarna usuwa z obszaru działania promieniowania poprzez unoszenie w gazie nośnym podawanym w sposób ciągły przez przyłącze hydrauliczne (5), przy czym w trakcie unoszenia w gazie nośnym dochodzi do spontanicznej sferoidyzacji ciekłego polimeru, następnie pozwala się na kontrolowaną krystalizację polimeru w gazie nośnym w komorze kontrolowanej krystalizacji (6).
