Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mieszanka do wytwarzania lodów jogurtowych, zwłaszcza przeznaczonych dla diabetyków, która zawiera substancję słodzącą w postaci stewii w ilości 0,01 - 0,1% wagowych, jogurt o zawartości tłuszczu 0,0% lub 0,5% lub jogurt bez laktozy o zawartości tłuszczu 1%, w ilości 98,90 — 99,98% oraz jako dodatek smakowo-zapachowy zawiera ekstrakt z zielonej kawy w ilości 0,01 - 1% wagowy. Korzystnie zawiera liofilizowany ekstrakt z zielonej kawy.
