Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są startery oligonukleotydowe hybrydyzujące w obrębie genu SdhB do wykrywania patogenu grzybowego pszenicy Zymoseptoria tritici o sekwencjach: LidSt15 5'-TGCACCATCCTTCACCTTCC-3' LidSt16 5'-CGAGTCGTTGATCCATCGGT-3'. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wykrywania patogenu grzybowego pszenicy Zymoseptoria tritici, w którym w reakcji PCR z zastosowaniem pary starterów dochodzi do amplifikacji określonego fragmentu DNA, po czym dokonuje się detekcji powstałego produktu, charakteryzujący się tym, że parę starterów stanowią startery oligonukleotydowe.The subject of the application are oligonucleotide primers hybridizing within the SdhB gene for the detection of the wheat fungal pathogen Zymoseptoria tritici with the sequences: LidSt15 5'-TGCACCATCCTTCACCTTCC-3 'LidSt16 5'-CGAGTCGTTGATCCATCGGT-3'. The application also covers a method for detecting the wheat fungal pathogen Zymoseptoria tritici, in which a specific DNA fragment is amplified by PCR using a pair of primers, followed by detection of the resulting product, characterized in that the primer pair is oligonucleotide primers.
