Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są startery oligonukleotydowe hybrydyzujące w obrębie genu Rpb2 do wykrywania patogenu grzybowego pszenicy Zymoseptoria tritici o sekwencjach: LidSt19 5'-GGTGAAGGACATGAGGCAGT-3' LidSt20 5'-CTTGCGGCCTTCTTTTGGTC-3'. Zgłoszenie, obejmuje także sposób wykrywania patogenu grzybowego pszenicy Zymoseptoria tritici, w którym w reakcji PCR z zastosowaniem pary starterów dochodzi do amplifikacji określonego fragmentu DNA, po czym dokonuje się detekcji powstałego produktu, znamienny tym, że parę starterów stanowią startery oligonukleotydowe wg zastrz.1.The subject of the application are oligonucleotide primers hybridizing within the Rpb2 gene for the detection of the wheat fungal pathogen Zymoseptoria tritici with the sequences: LidSt19 5'-GGTGAAGGACATGAGGCAGT-3 'LidSt20 5'-CTTGCGGCCTTCTTTTGGTC-3'. The application also includes a method for detecting the wheat fungal pathogen Zymoseptoria tritici, in which a specific DNA fragment is amplified by PCR using a pair of primers, followed by detection of the resulting product, characterized in that the primer pair are oligonucleotide primers according to claim 1.
