Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są startery oligonukleotydowe hybrydyzujące w obrębie genu Cyp51 do wykrywania patogenu grzybowego pszenicy Zymoseptoria tritici o sekwencjach: LidSt11 5'-TTCGCGGACCTCTACCACTA-3' LidSt12 5'-TGGCATTGCCGTCCTTGTAT-3' Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wykrywania patogenu grzybowego pszenicy Zymoseptoria tritici, w którym w reakcji PCR z zastosowaniem pary starterów dochodzi do amplifikacji określonego fragmentu DNA, po czym dokonuje się detekcji powstałego produktu, charakteryzujący się tym, że parę starterów stanowią startery oligonukleotydowe.The subject of the application are oligonucleotide primers hybridizing within the Cyp51 gene for the detection of the wheat fungal pathogen Zymoseptoria tritici with the following sequences: LidSt11 5'-TTCGCGGACCTCTACCACTA-3 'LidSt12 5'-TGGCATTGCCGTCCTTGTAT-3' wheat tritici PCR reaction with the use of a pair of primers, a specific fragment of DNA is amplified, and the resulting product is detected, characterized in that the pair of primers are oligonucleotide primers.
