Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urządzenie do aktywacji paliw do silników spalinowych usytułowane na zewnętrznej powierzchni przewodu wiodącego paliwo do silnika charakteryzujące się tym, że posiada magnes (2) zespolony z magnetowodem (4) w postaci ceownika ze stali miękkiej konstrukcyjnej powszechnego użytku i zaopatrzone w "U" kształtną zworę stalową (6) nasuniętą na magnetowód (4) przy czym magnes skierowany jest polaryzacją "S" do ścianki przewodu paliwowego (1) i zaopatrzony jest w płytkę ferromagnetyczną lub aluminiową (3) zamocowana na górnej powierzchni bieguna "N" magnesu (2) zaś, płytka ferromagnetyczna lub aluminiowa (3) jest połączona z magnetowodem (4) w postaci ceownika, przy czym długość magnesu (2) stanowi 1,5 ÷ 2,0 szerokość bieguna "N" magnesu, a stosunek szerokości magnesu na biegunie "N" do jego wysokości wynosi 1,3 ÷ 1,5 natomiast grubość płytki ferromagnetycznej lub aluminiowej (3) stanowi co najmniej połowę grubości ścianki magnetowodu (4).The subject of the invention is a device for activating fuels for internal combustion engines situated on the outer surface of the fuel lead-in conduit, characterized in that it has a magnet (2) combined with a magneto conductor (4) in the form of a general-use mild steel channel section and provided with "U" a shaped steel armature (6) slipped over the magnet core (4), the magnet facing the "S" polarization towards the wall of the fuel line (1) and equipped with a ferromagnetic or aluminum plate (3) fixed on the upper surface of the magnet's "N" pole (2) ) while the ferromagnetic or aluminum plate (3) is connected to the magnet rod (4) in the form of a channel section, the length of the magnet (2) being 1.5 ÷ 2.0 the width of the "N" pole of the magnet, and the ratio of the width of the magnet on the pole " N "up to its height is 1.3 ÷ 1.5, while the thickness of the ferromagnetic or aluminum plate (3) is at least half the thickness of the magnetic core wall (4).
