Abstract
Przedmiotem niniejszego zgłoszenia jest sposób detekcji materiału genetycznego w próbce biologicznej, w którym próbkę biologiczną wprowadza się do wkładu reakcyjnego (6), a następnie umieszcza się wkład reakcyjny (6) w urządzeniu sterującym, wprowadza się pobraną próbkę biologiczną do komory izolacji (7), przeprowadza się izolację materiału genetycznego z próbki biologicznej poprzez ogrzewanie komory izolacji (7), przemieszcza się wyizolowany materiał genetyczny do szeregu komór reakcyjnych (8.1, 8.2, 8.3), przeprowadza się amplifikację materiału genetycznego poprzez ogrzewanie komór reakcyjnych (8.1, 8.2, 8.3), przy czym w komorach reakcyjnych (8.1, 8.2, 8.3) znajdują się zliofilizowane odczynniki do amplifikacji materiału genetycznego wraz z zliofilizowanym znacznikiem fluorescencyjnym interkalującym z wykrywanym materiałem genetycznym, a jednocześnie z etapem amplifikacji materiału genetycznego prowadzi się detekcję sygnału ze znaczników fluorescencyjnych.
