Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania lokalnych stref kompozytowych w obrębie odlewu, które zwiększają odporność na procesy degradacji oraz zużycia ściernego części maszyn pracujących w warunkach silnych obciążeń mechanicznych. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także wkładka odlewnicza. Sposób wytwarzania lokalnych stref kompozytowych w odlewach polega na tym, że sporządza się mieszaninę proszków zawierającą proszek tytanu, proszek węgla i proszki moderatora, następnie mieszaninę proszków suszy się w suszarce próżniowej w temperaturze 50°C i prasuje się pod ciśnieniem 500 MPa nadając sprasowanej kompozycji formę brył, stanowiących wkładki odlewnicze, w których względna wagowa zawartość proszków moderatora jest nie mniejsza niż 60% w stosunku do całkowitej wagi mieszaniny proszków, następnie wkładki odlewnicze umieszcza się w wyznaczonych strefach wnętrza formy, po czym formę zalewa się płynnym stopem bazowym. Wkładka odlewnicza składa się z mieszaniny wyselekcjonowanych proszków metali wybranych z grupy: Fe, Cr, Ni, Mo, Mn, Si, Mo, Co, Cu, C lub ich żelazostopów w ilości od 60% wag. do 97% wag. oraz proszków węgla i tytanu w ilości od 3% wag. do 40% wag., które po sprasowaniu tworzą wkładkę odlewniczą w formie bryły.
