Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urządzenie do wysyłania przesyłek oraz sposób wysyłania przesyłek, realizowany przez te urządzenie, mające zastosowanie przy samodzielnym nadawaniu przesyłek listownych i/lub paczek, pocztowych i/lub kurierskich. Urządzenie do wysyłania przesyłek, mający postać urządzenia zewnętrznego, wolnostojącego zaopatrzonego w sterujący komputer z modułem łączności internetowej, charakteryzuje się tym, że w ścianie czołowej posiada komorę (6) do wrzutu przesyłek, dotykowy wyświetlacz (5), płatniczy terminal (2), czytnik (3) kodów 2D i drukarkę (4) etykiet adresowych, oraz zamykaną elektrozamkiem komorę (9) listów wyposażoną w czujnik zapełnienia i zamykaną elektrozamkiem komorę (10) przesyłek także wyposażoną w czujnik zapełnienia. Sposób wysyłania przesyłek, wykorzystujący sieć informatyczną poprzez witrynę WWW, za pomocą, której uzyskuje się indywidualizujący usługę kod, charakteryzuje się tym, że nadawca za pośrednictwem sieci internetowej otwiera stronę WWW, po czym loguje się i wybiera rodzaj usługi, następnie nadawca wprowadza i edytuje dane dotyczące przesyłki, w szczególności wprowadza wymiar i wagę przesyłki, wprowadza dane adresowe odbiorcy, dane kontaktowe nadawcy, po czym nadawca potwierdza ich poprawność i informacje zapisuje się na serwerze, kolejno korzystnie następuje płatność za przesyłkę, przy użyciu bramki płatności, informacje zapisuje się na serwerze i następuje wygenerowanie indywidualnego kodu dla przesyłki, który doręcza się za pośrednictwem sieci Internet i/lub wiadomości SMS nadawcy, następnie nadawca dokonuje wysyłki przesyłki w urządzeniu do wysyłania przesyłek, w procesie nadawania przesyłki, w szczególności nadawca dokonuje wyboru nadania nowej przesyłki, wprowadzając na dotykowym wyświetlaczu (5) uzyskany wcześniej kod, który to weryfikuje się z informacjami zapisanymi na serwerze, po czym otwierają się drzwiczki komory (6) wrzutowej, nadawca umieszcza przesyłkę w komorze (6) po czym drzwiczki komory (6) zamykają się, następuje ważenie przesyłki, sprawdzenie usług dostępnych dla przesyłki, weryfikacja wniesionych opłat, wyświetlenie na wyświetlaczu (5) informacji o przesyłce, nadawca dokonuje potwierdzenia zakupu usługi, po czym dane dotyczące przesyłki oraz dyspozycja nadania przesyłki wysyła się do operatora kurierskiego, następnie z serwera pobiera się dane adresowe odbiorcy i drukuje się samoprzylepną etykietę adresową przesyłki oraz potwierdzenie nadania dla nadawcy, nadawca przykleja samoprzylepną etykietę adresową odbiorcy na przesyłce, po czym przesyłka zostaje przeniesiona automatycznie do komory (10) przesyłek.
