Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania prefabrykowanych żelbetowych płyt fundamentowych pod słupy wysokiego napięcia o zwiększonych własnościach wytrzymałościowych, polegający na przygotowaniu mieszanki betonowej warstwy dolnej oraz mieszanki betonowej warstw konstrukcyjnych. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że do przygotowanej formy wprowadza się mieszankę betonową do wysokości 1/3 grubości płyty w stanie półsuchym i poddaje zagęszczeniu na stole wibracyjnym. Następnie wypełnia się formę kolejną warstwą do wysokości 2/3 grubości płyty w stanie półsuchym i poddaje zagęszczeniu na stole wibracyjnym, po czym uzupełnia kolejną warstwą do wysokości formy i poddaje zagęszczeniu poprzez wibrację w czasie 24 h. Tak przygotowaną mieszankę poddaje się procesowi wstępnego dojrzewania, po czym prowadzi proces uszlachetniania warstw zewnętrznych. Na koniec poddaje się ją procesowi dojrzewania w czasie 10 h w atmosferze powietrza nasyconego wilgocią od 70 do 75% w temperaturze od 18 do 22°C, a następnie przemieszcza na pole odkładcze.The subject of the application is a method of manufacturing prefabricated reinforced concrete foundation slabs for high voltage poles with increased strength properties, consisting in the preparation of a concrete bottom layer mix and a concrete mix of structural layers. This method is characterized in that a concrete mix is introduced into the prepared mold to a height of 1/3 of the thickness of the slab in a semi-dry state and subjected to compaction on a vibrating table. Then the mold is filled with another layer to a height of 2/3 of the thickness of the plate in a semi-dry state and subjected to compaction on a vibrating table, after which it is supplemented with another layer to the height of the form and subjected to compaction by vibration within 24 hours. The mixture thus prepared is subjected to the initial maturing process, and then carries out the process of refining the outer layers. Finally, it undergoes the maturing process for 10 hours in an atmosphere of air saturated with 70 to 75% moisture at a temperature of 18 to 22 ° C, and then transferred to the storage field.
