Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest nanokompozytowy mikroporowaty elastomer poliuretanowy, będący produktem reakcji przedmieszki poliolowej zawierającej od 1 do 90 części wagowych polieteroli i/lub poliestroli o masie cząsteczkowej od 150 do 150000 g/mol, liczbie hydroksylowej od 10 do 700 mg KOH/g i funkcyjności od 1,5 do 6, środka powierzchniowo czynnego w ilości od 0,01 do 15 części wagowych, katalizatorów aminowych i metaloorganicznych w ilości od 0,01 do 15 części wagowych, ekologicznego czynnika porotwórczego w ilości od 0,01 do 20 części wagowych, z czynnikiem izocyjanianowym zawierającym od 1 do 90 części wagowych prepolimeru zawierającego niezwiązane grupy izocyjanianowe w ilości od 1 do 32%, powstałego z oligoeteroli i/lub oligoestroli o masie cząsteczkowej od 400 do 15000 g/mol, liczbie hydroksylowej od 10 do 700 mg KOH/g i funkcyjności od 1 do 4 oraz diizocyjaniany, w których stosunek grup -NCO do grup -OH wynosi od 0,5 do 4 na jeden mol grup -OH, który zawiera nanonapełniacz w ilości 0,01 do 30 części wagowych. Korzystnie nanonapełniaczem jest homogenizowana dyspersja tlenku grafenu lub zredukowanego tlenku grafenu w rozpuszczalnikach polarnych lub niepolarnych, korzystnie z grupy woda, tetrahydrofuran, dimetyloformamid, aceton, albo dyspersja tlenku grafenu lub zredukowanego tlenku grafenu w składniku oligomerowym lub mieszaninie składników opartych o przedmieszkę poliolową lub w składniku izocyjanianowy. Czynnik izocyjanianowy dodany jest w ilości odpowiadającej indeksowi IC od 0,5 do 4. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest także sposób otrzymywania nanokompozytowego mikroporowatego elastomera poliuretanowego.
