Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w stanie zlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy sklada sie z lacznika walcowego, umieszczonej na nim chwytowej czesci tulejowej oraz osadzonych na koncach tego lacznika i przylegajacych do czesci chwytowej ksztaltek trójnikowych, przy czym ksztaltki te i chwytowa czesc tulejowa maja kontrastujace ze soba kolory. Kazda z ksztaltek trójnikowych ma poziomy element walcowy ze scietym zewnetrznym koncem, majacym wypukla eliptyczna powierzchnie i wewnetrznym koncem zaopatrzonym w otwór osiowy oraz usytuowany prostopadle do osi glównej poziomego elementu w jego czesci srodkowej element o przekroju poprzecznym zblizonym do owalu z otworem osiowym w jego dolnej plaskiej powierzchni. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy posiadajacy czesc chwytowa i elementy laczace go z meblem, przedstawiony na rysunku fig. 1-3 , charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - stanowi go lacznik walcowy i osadzona na nim chwytowa czesc tulejowa i przylegajace do niej dwie ksztaltki trójnikowe, posiadajace poziomy element walcowy ze scietym zewnetrznym koncem i wypukla eliptyczna powierzchnia i wewnetrznym koncem zaopatrzonym w otwór osiowy oraz usytuowany prostopadle do osi glównej poziomego elementu w jego czesci srodkowej element o przekroju poprzecznym zblizonym do owalu z otworem osiowym w jego dolnej plaskiej powierzchni; - boczne ksztaltki trójnikowe oraz chwytowa czesc tulejowa uchwytu meblowego maja kolory kontrastujace ze soba. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape and color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a folded state in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same handle in an unfolded state in a perspective view, and Fig. 3 shows the same handle from below. The furniture handle consists of a cylindrical connector, a grip sleeve portion placed on it, and T-shaped fittings mounted on the ends of the connector and adjacent to the grip portion, where these fittings and the grip sleeve portion have contrasting colors. Each of the tee fittings has a horizontal cylindrical element with a truncated outer end having a convex elliptical surface and an inner end provided with an axial hole, and an element with a cross-section close to an oval with an axial hole in its lower flat surface, situated perpendicularly to the main axis of the horizontal element in its central part. Essential features of the industrial design: A furniture handle with a gripping part and elements connecting it to the furniture, shown in Figures 1-3, is characterized by the following: - it consists of a cylindrical connector with a gripping sleeve part mounted on it and two adjacent T-shaped pieces, each having a horizontal cylindrical element with a truncated outer end and a convex elliptical surface and an inner end provided with an axial hole, and an element with a cross-section close to an oval and an axial hole in its lower flat surface, situated perpendicularly to the main axis of the horizontal element in its central part; - the side T-shaped pieces and the gripping sleeve part of the furniture handle have contrasting colors.
