Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju poprzecznym wzdluz linii A-A. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt tulejki walcowej o gladkiej powierzchni zewnetrznej, posiadajacej podluzne wyjecia jej tworzacej, a wewnatrz niej znajduja sie usytuowane prostopadle do siebie dwie scianki tworzace katownik o zróznicowanej dlugosci jego ramion, których wolne konce przylegaja do wewnetrznych scianek tulejki walcowej w poblizu boków tworzacej utworzonych przez jej wyjecie. Do dluzszego boku katownika przylegaja dwie scianki usytuowane do niego prostopadle i naprzeciw siebie, z których wewnetrzna przylega ponadto do powierzchni tulejki walcowej, a scianka zewnetrzna w przekroju poprzecznym ma powierzchnie zabkowana o ksztalcie zblizonym do choinki. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle used as a fitting for furniture doors, drawers, and doors. The new form and original character of the industrial design are evident in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the handle in a front view, and Fig. 2 shows the same handle in cross-section along line A-A. The furniture handle, according to the industrial design, is shaped like a cylindrical sleeve with a smooth outer surface, having longitudinal recesses in its generator. Inside the sleeve are two perpendicular walls forming an angle with arms of different lengths, the free ends of which adhere to the inner walls of the cylindrical sleeve near the sides of the generator formed by its removal. The longer side of the angle bracket is adjoined by two walls situated perpendicularly to it and opposite each other, the inner one of which is also adjacent to the surface of the cylindrical sleeve, and the outer wall in cross-section has a serrated surface in the shape of a fir tree. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle shown in Figures 1 and 2 is characterized by the following: - it has the shape of a cylindrical sleeve with a smooth outer surface, having longitudinal recesses in its generator, and inside it there are two walls situated perpendicularly to each other, forming an angle bracket with arms of different lengths, the free ends of which adhere to the inner walls of the cylindrical sleeve near the sides of the generator formed by its removal; - two walls situated perpendicularly and opposite each other adhere to the longer side of the angle bracket, the inner one of which also adheres to the surface of the cylindrical sleeve, and the outer wall in cross-section has a serrated surface similar to a fir tree.
