Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klamka przeznaczona w szczególnosci do drzwi lub okien. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac klamki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, który nadaje jej nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi walory estetyczne oraz uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku na którym: fig. 1 widokiem, fig. 2 jest rzutem pionowym, a fig. jest 3 rzutem bocznym. Klamka sklada sie z trzonu w ksztalcie walca kolowego oraz z czesci chwytowej. Trzon klamki zakonczony jest z jednego konca elementem laczacym z zamkiem. Przeciwlegly koniec trzonu jest polaczony z czescia chwytowa. Czesc chwytowa klamki jest uformowana z odcinka preta kolowego i ma postac luku w plaszczyznie prostopadlej do powierzchni drzwi lub okna jak równiez w równoleglej do tej plaszczyzny. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Klamka sklada sie z trzonu w ksztalcie walca kolowego oraz z czesci chwytowej. Trzon klamki zakonczony jest z jednego konca elementem laczacym z zamkiem. Przeciwlegly koniec trzonu jest polaczony z czescia chwytowa. Czesc chwytowa klamki jest uformowana z odcinka preta kolowego i ma postac luku w plaszczyznie prostopadlej do powierzchni drzwi lub okna jak równiez w równoleglej do tej plaszczyzny. The handle consists of a cylindrical shaft and a grip section. The handle shaft terminates at one end with a connecting element to the lock. The opposite end of the shaft is connected to the grip section. The grip section of the handle is formed from a section of a circular rod and has the form of an arc in a plane perpendicular to the door or window surface, as well as in a plane parallel to this plane.
