Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac klamki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, który nadaje jej nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi walory estetyczne oraz uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem, fig. 2 jest rzutem pionowym a fig. 3 jest rzutem poziomym klamki. Klamka sklada sie z trzonu oraz z czesci chwytowej. Trzon ma postac odcinka kolowego preta. Jeden koniec trzonu jest osloniety walcowa pokrywa a drugi jest polaczony z czescia chwytowa. Czesc chwytowa ma ksztalt zblizony do odcinka luku uformowanego z plaskownika o wypuklej poprzecznie powierzchni zewnetrznej. Natomiast wewnetrzna powierzchnia czesci chwytowej ma owalne zgrubienie skierowane wypukloscia do powierzchni drzwi lub okna. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Klamka sklada sie z trzonu oraz z czesci chwytowej. Trzon ma postac odcinka kolowego preta. Jeden koniec trzonu jest osloniety walcowa pokrywa a drugi jestpolaczony z czescia chwytowa. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the handle, manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its aesthetic and functional values. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 is a view, Fig. 2 is a vertical projection, and Fig. 3 is a horizontal projection of the handle. The handle consists of a shaft and a grip section. The shaft is in the form of a circular section of a rod. One end of the shaft is covered by a cylindrical cover, while the other is connected to the grip section. The grip section is shaped similarly to a section of an arc formed from a flat bar with a transversely convex outer surface. The inner surface of the grip section has an oval bulge, the convexity of which faces the door or window surface. Essential Features of an Industrial Design: The handle consists of a shaft and a grip section. The shaft is in the form of a circular section of a rod. One end of the shaft is covered by a cylindrical cover, while the other is connected to the grip section. The grip section is shaped similar to an arc section formed from a flat bar with a transversely convex outer surface.
