Uchwyt meblowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek, szuflad i innych mebli. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1-3, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu od tylu fig.2- ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, a fig.3- ten sam uchwyt w przekroju poprzecznym wzdluz linii A-A. Uchwyt meblowy pokazany na rysunkach fig. 1-3 ma ksztalt bryly zblizony do wydluzonego prostopadloscianu z zaokraglonymi górnymi krawedziami obu mniejszych jego scian bocznych i sciany czolowej oraz lekko wypuklymi usytuowanymi naprzeciw siebie obu wiekszymi bocznymi scianami, tworzacymi w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt beczulkowaty, natomiast pozostale dwie sciany uchwytu - czolowa i tylna sa plaskie i równolegle do siebie, przy czym na tylnej plaskiej scianie znajduje sie symetrycznie usytuowany podluzny kanalek oraz dwa otwory kolowe umieszczone w poblizu obu konców uchwytu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy pokazany na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1-3 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma ksztalt bryly zblizony do wydluzonego prostopadloscianu z zaokraglonymi górnymi krawedziami obu mniejszych jego scian bocznych i sciany czolowej oraz lekko wypuklymi usytuowanych naprzeciw siebie obu wiekszymi bocznymi scianami, tworzacymi wprzekroju poprzecznym ksztalt beczulkowaty, natomiast pozostale dwie sciany uchwytu-czolowa i tylna sa plaskie i równolegle do siebie, przy czym na tylnej plaskiej scianie znajduje sie symetrycznie usytuowany podluzny kanalek oraz dwa otwory kolowe umieszczone w poblizu obu konców uchwytu.Fig.1Fig.2 Fig.3 PL PLFurniture Handle. The industrial design is for a two-point furniture handle used as a fitting for doors, drawers, and other furniture. The new form and original character of the industrial design are evident in its shape and line arrangement. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1-3, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view from the back, Fig. 2 shows the same handle in a front view, and Fig. 3 shows the same handle in cross-section along line A-A. The furniture handle shown in figures 1-3 has a shape similar to an elongated cuboid with rounded upper edges of both of its smaller side walls and the front wall, and slightly convex, opposite, both larger side walls, creating a barrel shape in cross-section, while the remaining two walls of the handle - the front and the back - are flat and parallel to each other, and on the back flat wall there is a symmetrically located elongated channel and two circular holes located near both ends of the handle.
