Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w stanie zlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 3 - segment uchwytu w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy ma ksztalt wydrazonego preta walcowego, zakonczonego obustronnie segmentami walcowymi o tej samej srednicy zewnetrznej ze scianami ukosnymi ich konców o profilu eliptycznym, pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie trzy identyczne segmenty profilowe usytuowane prostopadle do osi preta walcowego, przymocowane do niego za pomoca wkretów. Kazdy z segmentów profilowych stanowi tulejka o profilu zblizonym do owalnego, jednostronnie zaslepiona, w osi której znajduje sie tulejka walcowa, przy czym zaslepiony koniec tego segmentu na swym czole ma podluzne wyjecie promieniowe o profilu analogicznym jak fragment powierzchni zewnetrznej preta walcowego przylegajacej do powierzchni tego wyjecia. Z kolei kazdy ze skrajnych segmentów walcowych posiada element tulejowy z podluznymi karbami na jego tworzacej o srednicy analogicznej jak wewnetrzna srednica preta walcowego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy majacy postac preta, zaopatrzonego w prostopadle usytuowane segmenty profilowe, przedstawiony na rysunku fig. 1-3, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma ksztalt wydrazonego preta walcowego, zakonczonego obustronnie segmentami walcowymi o tej samej srednicy zewnetrznej ze scianami ukosnymi ich konców o profilu eliptycznym, pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie trzy identyczne segmenty profilowe usytuowane prostopadle do osi preta walcowego;- kazdy z segmentów profilowych stanowi tulejka o profilu zblizonym do owalnego, jednostronnie zaslepiona, w osi której znajduje sie tulejka walcowa, przy czym zaslepiony koniec tego segmentu na swym czole ma podluzne wyjecie promieniowe o profilu analogicznym jak fragment powierzchni zewnetrznej preta walcowego przylegajacej do powierzchni tego wyjecia; - kazdy ze skrajnych segmentów walcowych posiada element tulejowy z podluznymi karbami na jego tworzacej o srednicy analogicznej jak wewnetrzna srednica preta walcowego. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a folded state in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same handle in an unfolded state in a perspective view, and Fig. 3 - a handle segment viewed from below. The furniture handle has the shape of a hollow cylindrical rod, terminated on both sides by cylindrical segments of the same outer diameter with diagonal walls at their ends with an elliptical profile, between which are three identical profile segments positioned perpendicular to the cylindrical rod axis and attached to it with screws. Each profile segment is a sleeve with a near-oval profile, plugged on one side, with a cylindrical sleeve located in its axis. The plugged end of this segment has a longitudinal radial recess on its face with a profile similar to the section of the cylindrical rod's outer surface adjacent to this recess. In turn, each of the outer cylindrical segments has a sleeve element with longitudinal notches on its generatrix, with a diameter similar to the inner diameter of the cylindrical rod. Essential features of the industrial design A furniture handle in the form of a rod provided with perpendicularly arranged profile segments, shown in fig. 1-3, is characterized in that: - it has the shape of a hollow cylindrical rod, terminated on both sides with cylindrical segments of the same external diameter with oblique walls of their ends having an elliptical profile, between which there are three identical profile segments situated perpendicularly to the axis of the cylindrical rod; - each of the profile segments is a sleeve with a profile close to oval, plugged on one side, in the axis of which there is a cylindrical sleeve, the plugged end of this segment having on its face a longitudinal radial opening with a profile analogous to the fragment of the external surface of the cylindrical rod adjacent to the surface of this opening; - each of the outer cylindrical segments has a sleeve element with longitudinal notches on its generatrix with a diameter analogous to the inner diameter of the cylindrical rod.
