Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, uzywany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie elementów tworzacych uchwyt meblowy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym obejmujacym widok ogólny oslony uchwytu oraz korpus uchwytu w widoku od góry i z boku, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym obejmujacym widok ogólny korpusu uchwytu wraz z jego odsadzeniem dolnym oraz oslone uchwytu w widoku od spodu i z boku, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w stanie rozlozonym w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii B-B, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w stanie rozlozonym w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A-A. Uchwyt meblowy ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsoidy obrotowej i stanowi go korpus skorupowy 1 oraz osadzona w nim oslona skorupowa 2, przy czym korpus skorupowy I stanowi czasza, majaca w widoku z góiy ksztalt pierscienia eliptycznego z wyjeciem obwodowym, a w pionowych przekrojach osiowych ksztalt zblizony do póleliptycznego oraz do pólkolistego, natomiast z jego dna wystaja dwie boczne zaslepione jednostronnie tulejki 4 oraz srodkowa tulejka 3 przelotowa z gwintem wewnetrznym, usytuowane w osi dluzszej elipsy, zas na zewnetrznej powierzchni korpus skorupowy 1 posiada odsadzenie prostokatne z zaokraglonymi krótszymi bokami. Z kolei oslone skorupowa 2 stanowi czasza, majaca w widoku z góry ksztalt pierscienia eliptycznego o profilu identycznym jak profil wyjecia obwodowego korpusu skorupowego La w pionowych przekrojach osiowych ksztalt zblizony do póleliptycznego i pólkolistego, przy czym z jej dna wystaja dwa bolce walcowe wystajace poza plaszczyzne podzialu korpusu skorupowego I i oslony skorupowej 2, usytuowane w osi dluzszej elipsy oraz naprzeciw dwóch bocznych zaslepionych jednostronnie tulejek 4 korpusu skorupowego I.Po zlozeniu z soba korpusu skorupowego 1 i oslony skorupowej 2, obrzeze bedace pierscieniem eliptycznym oslony skorupowej 2 znajduje sie w eliptycznym wyjeciu obwodowym korpusu skorupowego i , a bolce walcowe 5 tej oslony sa umieszczone w bocznych zaslepionych tulejkach korpusu skorupowego 1 uchwytu meblowego, jak pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1-4. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy zlozony z korpusu skorupowego i oslony skorupowej przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1-4 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsoidy obrotowej, przy czym jego korpus stanowi czasza, majaca w widoku z góry ksztalt pierscienia eliptycznego z wyjeciem obwodowym, a w pionowych przekrojach osiowych ksztalt zblizony do póleliptycznego oraz do pólkolistego; - z dna korpusu wystaja trzy tulejki usytuowane w osi dluzszej elipsy, przy czym srodkowa tulejka z otworem przelotowym ma gwint wewnetrzny; - na zewnetrznej powierzchni korpus posiada odsadzenie o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokatnego z zaokraglonymi krótszymi bokami; - oslone uchwytu meblowego stanowi czasza, majaca w widoku z góry ksztalt pierscienia eliptycznego o profilu identycznym jak profil wyjecia obwodowego korpusu, a w pionowych przekrojach osiowych oslona ta ma ksztalt zblizony do póleliptycznego i pólkolistego, przy czym z jej dna wystaja dwa bolce walcowe usytuowane w osi dluzszej elipsy oraz naprzeciw dwóch bocznych tulejek korpusu uchwytu.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle used as a fitting for furniture doors, drawers, and doors. The new and original form of the design manifests itself in the shape of the elements constituting the furniture handle. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in an unfolded state in a perspective view including a general view of the handle cover and the handle body viewed from above and from the side; Fig. 2 shows the same handle in an unfolded state in a perspective view including a general view of the handle body with its lower offset and the handle cover viewed from below and from the side; Fig. 3 shows the same handle in an unfolded state in a vertical cross-section along line B-B; and Fig. 4 shows the same handle in an unfolded state in a vertical cross-section along line A-A. The furniture handle has a shape close to an ellipsoid of revolution and is made up of a shell body 1 and a shell cover 2 mounted therein, wherein the shell body I is a bowl having the shape of an elliptical ring with a circumferential opening in the top view, and in vertical axial sections the shape is close to a semi-elliptical and semi-circular one, while from its bottom there protrude two side sleeves 4, blinded on one side, and a central through sleeve 3 with an internal thread, situated in the longer axis of the ellipse, while on the outer surface the shell body 1 has a rectangular offset with rounded shorter sides. In turn, the shell cover 2 is a bowl having, in a top view, the shape of an elliptical ring with a profile identical to the profile of the peripheral opening of the shell body La, in vertical axial sections the shape is close to semi-elliptical and semi-circular, with two cylindrical pins protruding from its bottom, protruding beyond the plane of division of the shell body I and the shell cover 2, located in the longer axis of the ellipse and opposite two lateral sleeves 4 of the shell body I, plugged on one side. After assembling the shell body 1 and the shell cover 2, the rim being the elliptical ring of the shell cover 2 is located in the elliptical peripheral opening of the shell body I, and the cylindrical pins 5 of this cover are located in the lateral plugged sleeves of the shell body 1 of the furniture handle, as shown in the attached drawings figs. 1-4. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle composed of a shell body and a shell cover shown in the attached drawings figs. 1-4 is characterized in that: - it has a shape close to an ellipsoid of revolution, wherein its body is a bowl which in a top view has the shape of an elliptical ring with a circumferential opening, and in vertical axial sections has a shape close to a semi-elliptical and semi-circular; - from the bottom of the body there protrude three sleeves situated in the longer axis of the ellipse, wherein the central sleeve with a through hole has an internal thread; - on the outer surface the body has an offset in a shape close to a rectangle with rounded shorter sides; - the cover of the furniture handle is a bowl which, in a top view, has the shape of an elliptical ring with a profile identical to the profile of the peripheral opening of the body, and in vertical axial sections this cover has a shape close to semi-elliptical and semi-circular, with two cylindrical pins protruding from its bottom, located in the longer axis of the ellipse and opposite the two side sleeves of the handle body.
