Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter uchwytu meblowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju wzdluz linii A-A na fig. 3. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi bryla monolityczna utworzona z elementu sferycznego, zaopatrzonego od spodu w dwie tulejki montazowe, którego jeden szerszy bok zagiety jest promieniowo w prostopadle usytuowany do niego element w ksztalcie splaszczonego prostopadloscianu. Element sferyczny uchwytu meblowego w widoku z góry ma ksztalt zblizony do sierpowego, ograniczonego dwoma lukowymi bokami o znacznie zróznicowanych ich dlugosciach i usytuowanych równolegle wzgledem siebie, których odpowiednie konce polaczone sa z soba bokami lukowymi o zróznicowanych ich promieniach. Zarówno promieniowe krawedzie elementu sferycznego, jak i pionowe krawedzie elementu prostopadlosciennego sa sfazowane, natomiast jedna z tulejek montazowych usytuowana jest w poblizu naroza utworzonego z obu elementów uchwytu oraz w poblizu elementu prostopadlosciennego, a druga tulejka usytuowana jest w osi pierwszej tulejki oraz w poblizu polowy dlugosci elementu sferycznego uchwytu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy zlozony z dwóch elementów tworzacych monolit uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1-4 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - stanowi go bryla utworzona z elementu sferycznego, zaopatrzonego od spodu w dwie tulejki montazowe, którego jeden szerszy bok zagiety jest promieniowo w prostopadle usytuowany do niego element w ksztalciesplaszczonego prostopadloscianu, przy czym element sferyczny w widoku z góry ma ksztalt zblizony do sierpowego, ograniczonego dwoma lukowymi bokami o znacznie zróznicowanych ich dlugosciach i usytuowanych równolegle wzgledem siebie, których odpowiednie konce polaczone sa z soba bokami lukowymi o zróznicowanych ich promieniach; - promieniowe krawedzie elementu sferycznego, jak i pionowe krawedzie elementu prostopadlosciennego sa sfazowane; - jedna z tulejek montazowych usytuowana jest w poblizu naroza utworzonego z obu elementów uchwytu oraz w poblizu elementu prostopadlosciennego, a druga tulejka usytuowana jest w osi pierwszej tulejki oraz w poblizu polowy dlugosci elementu sferycznego uchwytu. The new form and original character of the furniture handle are manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same handle in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the same handle in a bottom view, and Fig. 4 shows the same handle in cross-section along line A-A in Fig. 3. The furniture handle, according to the industrial design, is a monolithic body formed from a spherical element, provided with two mounting sleeves on the underside, one of whose wider sides is bent radially into a perpendicular element in the shape of a flattened cuboid. The spherical element of the furniture handle, viewed from above, has a crescent-like shape, bounded by two arc-shaped sides of significantly different lengths and arranged parallel to each other, the respective ends of which are connected by arc-shaped sides of different radii. Both the radial edges of the spherical element and the vertical edges of the cuboidal element are chamfered, while one of the mounting sleeves is located near the corner formed by the two handle elements and near the cuboidal element, and the second sleeve is located on the axis of the first sleeve and near half the length of the spherical element of the handle. Essential features of the industrial design A furniture handle composed of two elements forming a monolith shown in the attached drawings fig. 1-4 is characterized in that: - it is a solid made of a spherical element, provided with two mounting sleeves at the bottom, one wider side of which is bent radially into an element in the shape of a flattened cuboid situated perpendicularly to it, wherein the spherical element in a top view has a shape close to a crescent, limited by two arc sides of significantly different lengths and situated parallel to each other, the respective ends of which are connected to each other by arc sides of different radii; - the radial edges of the spherical element, as well as the vertical edges of the cuboid element, are chamfered; - one of the mounting sleeves is located near the corner formed by both elements of the holder and near the cuboid element, and the second sleeve is located in the axis of the first sleeve and near half the length of the spherical element of the holder.
