Szczotka monterska Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 18 marca 2002 r Przedmiotem wzoru jest szczotka monterska stanowiaca narzedzie do do- kladnego, recznego czyszczenia wnetrza koncówek zlaczek rurowych przy wykonywaniu instalacji rurowych z lutowanymi zlaczami. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac szczotki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia szczotke w widoku z boku, od strony splaszczenia, a fig. 2 - te sama szczotke w widoku poosiowym od przodu, z poprzecznym przekrojem w obrebie oprawki szczoteczki.Kompletna szczotka zawiera okragla drucikowa szczoteczke usytuowana przy jednym koncu oprawki uformowanej z dwóch srubowo skreconych okra- glych pretów oraz usytuowany przy drugim koncu oprawki trzonek. Trzonek ten uformowany jest z trzech zróznicowanych ksztaltem i wielkoscia czesci rozdzielonych okólnymi rowkami o lukowo wyoblonym przekroju. Te elementy ksztaltu, w kolejnosci od przodu szczotki, czyli od oprawki, to: czesc przednia, najciensza, o ksztalcie walca, przedni okólny rowek, czesc srodkowa o ksztalcie rozszerzajacego sie ku tylowi stozka scietego, tylny okólny rowek oraz czesc tylna, najgrubsza, zwezajaca sie ku tylowi, o prze- kroju owalnym. Na zewnetrznej, stozkowej powierzchni czesci srodkowej uformowane sa rozmieszczone równomiernie na obwodzie cztery wzdluzne splaszczenia. Czesc tylna ma dwie naprzeciwlegle plaskie powierzchnie bocz- ne, a jej czolo ma ksztalt pólkuliscie zaokraglony. Szczotka moze byc wykonywana w róznych wielkosciach, dostosowanych do srednic czyszczonych zlaczek, przy czym przy trzonku o jednej wielkosci moga wystepowac drucikowe szczoteczki o róznych srednicach. Uksztaltowanie szczotki wedlug wzoru nadaje jej oryginalny i estetyczny wy- glad, a dodatkowo wplywa równiez na je j walory uzytkowe. Wyrózniajaca cecha szczotki wedlug wzoru jest uksztaltowanie jej trzonka, który uformowany jest w postaci rozdzielonych od siebie okólnymi rowkami o lukowo wyoblonym przekroju trzech zróznicowanych ksztaltem i wielkoscia czesci - czesci przedniej, najcienszej, o ksztalcie walca, czesci srodkowej o ksztalcie rozszerzajacego sie ku tylowi stozka scietego z uformowanymi na zewnetrznej powierzchni wzdluznymi splaszczeniami, oraz tylnej,najgrubszej, o przekroju owalnym z dwiema naprzeciwleglymi plaskimi po- wierzchniami bocznymi, zwezajacej sie ku tylowi i zakonczonej pólkuliscie zaokraglonym czolem, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku - fig. 1 i fig. 2.Fig.1 Fig.2 PLThe industrial design registration right is valid from March 18, 2002. The design is for an assembly brush, a tool for thoroughly manually cleaning the interior of pipe fitting ends when installing pipe installations with soldered joints. The essence of the design is a new form of the brush, manifested in its shape. The design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the brush in a side view, from the flat side, and Fig. 2 shows the same brush in an axial view from the front, with a cross-section through the brush holder. The complete brush comprises a round wire brush located at one end of a holder formed from two helically twisted round rods, and a handle located at the other end of the holder. This handle is formed from three parts of different shapes and sizes, separated by circular grooves with an arched cross-section. These shape elements, in order from the front of the brush, i.e., the holder, are: the front, thinnest, cylindrical part; the front circular groove; the middle part, widening towards the rear in the shape of a truncated cone; the rear circular groove; and the rear, thickest, tapering towards the rear, oval cross-section part. The outer, conical surface of the middle part has four longitudinal flats evenly spaced around the circumference. The rear part has two opposing flat lateral surfaces, and its face is hemispherically rounded. The brush can be manufactured in various sizes, adapted to the diameters of the connectors being cleaned. A single handle size can accommodate wire brushes of different diameters. The brush's design, based on the pattern, gives it a unique and aesthetic appearance and also enhances its practicality. The distinctive feature of the brush according to the pattern is the shape of its handle, which is formed in the form of three parts, separated by circular grooves with an arched cross-section, differing in shape and size - the front part, the thinnest, in the shape of a cylinder, the middle part in the shape of a truncated cone widening towards the back with longitudinal flattenings formed on the outer surface, and the rear, thickest part, in the shape of an oval cross-section with two opposite flat side surfaces, tapering towards the back and ending with a semi-spherical, rounded front, as shown in the attached drawing - Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
