Abstract
Sposób otrzymywania estrów syntetycznych z powstalego w procesie utleniania cykloheksanu strumienia cieklego zawierajacego kwasy, nadtlenki, estry kwasu hydroksykapronowego, estry cykloheksanodioli, laktony, produkty kondensacji zwiazków cyklicznych a takze wode, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze strumien ciekly poddaje sie wstepnemu procesowi redukcji zwiazków nadtlenowych i nadkwasów przy pomocy wodno-metanolowego roztworu aldehydu mrówkowego, po czym zredukowane produkty poddaje sie procesowi estryfikacji w obecnosci katalizatora oraz metanolu. Nastepnie mieszanine poestryfikacyjna poddaje sie procesowi destylacji po czym otrzymane destylaty transestryfikuje sie z alkoholami wielowodorotlenowymi.
