Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania warstw grafenowych na podłożu, charakteryzujący się tym, że obejmuje kroki: a) naniesienia na wspomniane podłoże metodą sitodruku pasty zawierającej od 0,5% wag. do 15% wag., nanopłatków grafenowych wymieszanych z nośnikiem organicznym w postaci roztworu polimetakrylanu metylu (PMMA) w octanie karbitolu butylowego o stężeniu od 2% wag. do 10% wag. albo w postaci roztworu poliwęglanu (PC) w octanie karbitolu butylowego o stężeniu od 5% wag. do 12% wag., b) wygrzewania tak naniesionej na podłoże pasty w temperaturze od 100°C do 500°C. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również pasta obejmująca nanopłatki grafenowe i nośnik organiczny, charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera: a) od 0,5% wag. do 15% wag., nanopłatków grafenowych, b) nośnik organiczny w postaci roztworu polimetakrylanu metylu (PMMA) w octanie karbitolu butylowego o stężeniu od 2% wag. do 10% wag., a najkorzystniej około 8% wag. albo nośnik w postaci roztworu poliwęglanu (PC) w octanie karbitolu butylowego o stężeniu od 5% wag. do 12% wag., c) oraz ewentualnie dodatki poprawiające dyspersję, wybrane z grupy obejmującej środki zmniejszające napięcie powierzchniowe, ułatwiające deaglomerację, zapobiegające ponownej aglomeracji i sedymentacji wypełniacza oraz dodatki poprawiające reologię pasty.
