Abstract

Imak nożowy, zwłaszcza noża strugowego, znajduje zastosowanie w szczególności w strugach węglowych w górnictwie podziemnym. Imak nożowy (1) wyposażony jest w kieszeń wtykową (2) dla osadzania noża urabiającego, ograniczoną przez dwie boczne ścianki oporowe (4, 5), przednią ściankę oporową (6) oraz tylną ściankę oporową (7). Tylna ścianka oporowa (7) posiada podwyższenie (7A), wystające ponad powierzchnie ograniczające (8, 9) na ok. 1/3 całej wysokości (h) imaka nożowego (1). Podwyższenie (7A) ma odpowiednio zbudowaną ściankę czołową (10), a na jej przejściu w powierzchnie ograniczające (8, 9) wykonane są właściwe strefy krawędziowe (16, 17) oraz powierzchnie prowadzące (14, 15).
