Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy noża urabiającego struga węglowego, znajdującego zastosowanie w szczególności przy urabianiu pokładów węgla. Nóż urabiający (1), w wykonaniu jako nóż przyspągowy, wyposażony jest w płytkę (10) z materiału odpornego na ścieranie, zamocowaną na czołowej ściance (9) głowicy (5) noża urabiającego (1), mającą korzystnie w widoku czołowym postać zbliżoną do trójkąta. Wzdłuż ramion (6,7) głowicy (5) osadzone są słupkowe kształtki (13,14) z materiału odpornego na ścieranie;a na powierzchni (5') głowicy (5) noża urabiającego (1), w jej linii wierzchołkowej (8), znajduje się osadzona słupkowa kształtka (11), wystająca nieco ponad górny zarys płytki (10). Słupkowe kształtki (11, 13, 14) mają ostrza stożkowate z baryłkowatymi wybrzuszeniami na powierzchniach zewnętrznych, przy czym są odpowiednio skierowane względem płaszczyzny środkowej (M) trzonu nożowego (2) względnie kierunku (S) urabiania. Ujawniono również korzystne wykonania noży urabiających podstropowych i ociosowych.
