Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac tabletki, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Tabletka wedlug pierwszej odmiany wzoru przemyslo- wego ma ksztalt splaszczonej bryly o zaokraglonych brzegach. W widoku z góry i z dolu tabletka ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsy, przy czym na jej górnej powierzchni znajduja sie trzy, usytuowane w czesci srodkowej i wzdluz dluzszej osi elipsy, prostokatne zaglebienia w postaci cyfr tworzacych liczbe 300. Na dolnej powierzchni tabletki znajduje sie piec prosto- katnych zaglebien, w postaci litery H i cyfr tworzacych licz- be 3647, usytuowanych w czesci srodkowej i wzdluz dluzszej osi elipsy. W widoku z boku tabletka ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsy, przy czym w czesci srodkowej, wzdluz jej dluzszej osi widocz- ny jest waski prostokatny pasek. W widoku z przodu i z tylu tabletka ma ksztalt zblizonydo wrzeciona, z waskim, prostokatnym paskiem, usytuowanym w czesci srodkowej, wzdluz wzdluznej osi tabletki, jak to przedstawiono na fig.l i fig.5 - 9. Tabletka wedlug wzoru, w drugiej odmianie wykonania ma ksztalt splaszczonej bryly o zaokraglonych brzegach. W wi- doku z góry i z dolu tabletka ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsy, przy czym na jej górnej powierzchni znajduja sie trzy, usytu- owane w czesci srodkowej i wzdluz dluzszej osi elipsy, pros- tokatne zaglebienia w postaci cyfr tworzacych liczbe 400. W widoku z boku tabletka ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsy, przy czym w czesci srodkowej, wzdluz jej dluzszej osi widocz- ny jest waski prostokatny pasek. W widoku z przodu i z tylu tabletka ma ksztalt zblizony do wrzeciona, z waskim, prostokatnym paskiem, usytuowanym w czesci srodkowej, wzdluz wzdluznej osi tabletki, jak to przedstawiono na fig.2 i fig.10-13. Tabletka wedlug trzeciej odmiany wzoru przemyslowe- go ma chropowata powierzchnie i ksztalt zblizony do walca o wypuklych podstawach, przy czym w widoku z góry tabletka ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsy. Na górnej powierzchni tabletki znajduja sie cztery znaki pisarskie tworzace napis 307 AV, usytuowane w czesci srodko- wej i wzdluz dluzszej osi elipsy, jak to przedstawiono na fig.3 i fig.14 - 17. Tabletka wedlug czwartej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego ma chropowata powierzchnie i ksztalt zblizony do walca o wypuk- lych podstawach, przy czym w widoku z góry tabletka ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsy. The essence of the design is a new form of the tablet, manifested in its shape. The tablet according to the first variant of the industrial design has the shape of a flattened body with rounded edges. When viewed from above and below, the tablet has a shape similar to an ellipse, with its upper surface containing three rectangular depressions in the form of numerals forming the number 300, located in the central part and along the longer axis of the ellipse. The lower surface of the tablet contains five rectangular depressions in the form of the letter H and numerals forming the number 3647, located in the central part and along the longer axis of the ellipse. In the side view, the tablet has a shape similar to an ellipse, with a narrow rectangular stripe visible in the central part, along its longer axis. In front and back views, the tablet has a shape similar to a spindle, with a narrow, rectangular stripe located in the central part, along the longitudinal axis of the tablet, as shown in Fig. 1 and Figs. 5-9. The tablet according to the second embodiment of the design has the shape of a flattened solid with rounded edges. In top and bottom views, the tablet has a shape similar to an ellipse, with its upper surface having three rectangular depressions in the form of numerals forming the number 400, located in the central part and along the longer axis of the ellipse. In side view, the tablet has a shape similar to an ellipse, with a narrow, rectangular stripe visible in the central part, along its longer axis. In front and back views, the tablet has a shape similar to a spindle, with a narrow, rectangular stripe located in the central part, along the longitudinal axis of the tablet, as shown in Fig. 2 and Figs. 10-13. The tablet according to the third variant of the industrial design has a rough surface and a shape similar to a cylinder with convex bases, while in top view the tablet has a shape similar to an ellipse. On the upper surface of the tablet there are four writing marks forming the inscription 307 AV, situated in the central part and along the longer axis of the ellipse, as shown in Fig. 3 and Figs. 14-17. The tablet according to the fourth variant of the industrial design has a rough surface and a shape similar to a cylinder with convex bases, while in a top view the tablet has a shape similar to an ellipse.
