Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac ksztaltu wafla, przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów, ksztaltach, nadajacych waflowi oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Wafel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wykonany jest z kruchej masy waflowej i ma postac foremnego graniastoslupa o podstawie trójkata, podsiadajacy jedna trójkatna podstawe zamknieta a druga otwarta, a na kazdym z trzech boków od dolu i od góry posiada po dwa poprzeczne wystepy oddalone od siebie o odleglosc równa odleglosci pierwszego wystepu od kraju sciany. Wzór przemyslowy posiada 2 odmiany, rózniace sie wykonczeniem powierzchni zewnetrznej wafla. Odmiana pierwsza wafla jest wykonana z masy waflowej i posiada naturalnie pieczona powierzchnie, jak pokazano na ilustracjach, Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, Fig. 1.3 i Fig. 1.4. Odmiana druga wafla jest oblana ze wszystkich stron czekolada, która tworzy jednolita czekoladowa powloke, jak pokazano na ilustracjach, Fig. 2.1, Fig. 2.2, Fig. 2.3 i Fig. 2.4. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the wafer shape, manifested in the features of lines, contours, shapes, giving the wafer an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in photographs, in which: Fig. 1.1 shows a photo of the wafer in a perspective view, Fig. 1.2 shows a photo of the wafer in a front view, Fig. 1.3 shows a photo of the wafer in a top view, Fig. 1.4 shows a photo of the wafer in a side view for the first variety of wafer, and Fig. 2.1 shows a photo of the wafer with chocolate in a perspective view, Fig. 2.2 shows a photo of the wafer with chocolate in a front view, Fig. 2.3 shows a photo of the wafer with chocolate in a top view, Fig. 2.4 shows a photo of the wafer with chocolate in a side view for the second variety of wafer. The wafer according to the industrial design is characterized by the fact that it is made of a fragile wafer mass and has the form of a regular prism with a triangular base, having one closed triangular base and the other open, and on each of the three sides from the bottom and from the top it has two transverse projections spaced apart by a distance equal to the distance of the first projection from the edge of the wall. The industrial design has 2 varieties, differing in the finish of the external surface of the wafer. The first variety of the wafer is made of wafer mass and has a naturally baked surface, as shown in the illustrations, Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, Fig. 1.3 and Fig. 1.4. The second variant of the wafer is covered on all sides with chocolate, which creates a uniform chocolate coating, as shown in the illustrations, Fig. 2.1, Fig. 2.2, Fig. 2.3 and Fig. 2.4.
