The subject of the industrial design is an interior and exterior ornament made of thin-walled ceramic material, as a complex aesthetic product consisting of a rectangular base frame and decorative elements in the form of additional hollow horn ornaments with variously shaped ends. The base of the ornament is a rectangular frame and additional horn ornaments of specific shapes inserted into the frame, which have the appropriate properties of the ceramic exterior surface, creating an aesthetic effect. The ornament for interior and exterior use is intended for interior design. The ornament is made in two varieties. Variation I: The essence of the industrial design is a new, distinctive form of decoration for interiors and exteriors, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of a thin-walled frame with a rectangular base placed on its longer side. The upper, longer, thin-walled frame of the base wall features circular holes in two places. There are three holes of equal diameter, which are made, as shown in the top view, in a single line at an angle on the plane of the upper base wall. The two remaining holes are of the same diameter but are arranged in two opposite places on this upper wall of the rectangular base frame. The holes are intended for decorative elements in the form of hollow, thin-walled conical ornaments of various diameters and shapes. The decorative elements of the horn ornament are inverted and applied to the holes in the upper wall of the base frame, so that two of them on the left side can rest on the bottom of the cuboidal base. The remaining three horns have slightly curved shapes to the left or right, while one of the ornaments has a straight horn. The shapes of the thin-walled horn ornaments applied to the holes in the wall of the cuboidal base frame vary in length. Additionally, the cuboidal base frame has thin-walled walls with slightly rounded shapes at the corners. Five holes are arranged in a single line in a characteristic manner in the upper wall of the base frame. The three-dimensional form of the design without color designation is submitted for protection in variant I. Variation II: The essence of the industrial design in Variation II is a new, distinctive form of decoration for interiors and exteriors, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of a thin-walled frame with a rectangular base placed on its longer side. The upper, longer, thin-walled frame of the base wall features circular holes centrally in the center of the wall and two on the sides. There are three holes of equal diameter, which, in plan view, are centrally in the center of the upper plane of the rectangular frame base, along a single line at an angle. These holes are intended for decorative elements in the form of hollow, thin-walled horn ornaments of various diameters and shapes. These three thin-walled hollow horn ornaments are inverted and inserted into the holes in the upper wall of the rectangular base frame, allowing them to rest against the bottom of the rectangular base frame. The horn ornaments are of different lengths, and two horns have slightly curved horn shapes toward the left and two curved horn shapes toward the right; only one horn is straight. The pattern of the decoration for interior and exterior use in variant I is shown in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 in variant I, where Fig. 1 shows the decoration for interior and exterior use consisting of inverted five additional horn decorations applied to the holes in the upper wall of the cuboid frame, in a side perspective view and with a visible cuboid frame of the cuboid base and with holes for the horn decorations, Fig. 2 shows the decoration for interior and exterior use in a top view consisting of inverted five horn decorations applied to the upper wall of the cuboid frame in which the empty interiors of the thin-walled horn decorations are visible, Fig. 3 shows the side view of the cuboid frame with a set of additional horn decorations in the upper wall of the frame. The three-dimensional form of the ornament for interior and exterior use with thin-walled, inverted horn ornaments, submitted for protection in variant I, is without a color designation. In variant II, the industrial design for the ornament for interior and exterior use in variant II is presented in the photograph in Fig. 4, which shows the ornament for interior and exterior use consisting of three additional inverted horn ornaments applied to holes in the upper wall of a cuboidal frame in a side perspective view with a visible silver cuboidal base frame but with two empty holes in the upper wall for the horn ornaments. The three-dimensional form of the ornament for interior and exterior use with thin-walled horn ornaments, submitted for protection in variant II, is made in the silver color of the frame base. Variation I: An essential feature of the industrial design shown in photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, Fig. 3, – Ornaments for Interior and Exterior Use, is that: ? it is a spatial arrangement of ornaments for interior and exterior use as a set consisting of a base frame and additional thin-walled, inverted horn ornaments, manifested by the shape of a cuboid base frame arranged on the longer side with rounded edges of this frame. The upper shelf of the frame base has five holes into which downward-facing horn ornaments of characteristically different shapes are placed. Two horn ornaments are bent to the right, one horn ornament is straight, and two horn ornaments have ends bent to the left. The lower shelf of the frame has no holes for horns. The thin-walled horn ornaments have variable diameters and are hollow inside. Two of them rest against the lower base of the cuboidal frame; - in a side view, in which the Interior and Exterior Decoration is shown as an arrangement of a cuboidal base frame with inverted corner decorations superimposed. The upper shelf of the cuboidal base frame is made with five holes in a line arrangement; - in a top view as shown in fig. 2 of the Interior and Exterior Decoration, an arrangement of three symmetrical holes is shown in one line at an angle from at proportional distances starting from the second to the fourth hole and two holes arranged in the upper longer wall in the cuboidal frame base, but at both ends of the upper shelf. The ornaments constitute a three-dimensional arrangement in which the upper, thin-walled shelf of the base frame features three characteristically hollow horn ornaments placed inverted with the thin-walled base upwards and two horn ornaments on either side of the shelf, with the tip of one horn ornament bent to the left and one straight. The inverted hollow horn ornaments may be alternately rearranged. The design is protected in its three-dimensional form without color designation. Variation II. An essential feature of the industrial design for the interior and exterior decorations shown in Fig. 4 is that: ? it comprises a three-dimensional arrangement of ornaments for interior and exterior use – as inverted hollow horn ornaments placed from left to right and arranged characteristically as three horn ornaments placed inverted with the thin-walled base upwards, with two empty holes remaining in the upper shelf of the base frame between the first, third, and fifth horn ornaments. There are five holes in the top shelf of the rectangular frame. The first thin-walled superimposed horn ornament placed in the first hole is tilted to the right, the second thin-walled horn ornament placed in the third hole is tilted to the left and rests against the base of the rectangular frame, and the third thin-walled horn ornament is applied and placed in the fifth hole. This fifth horn ornament is twisted to the left and also rests against the bottom base of the rectangular frame; in a side view, in which the interior and exterior decoration arrangement contains only three horn ornaments, the arrangement of the rectangular base frame with three thin-walled horn ornaments superimposed is shown. The top shelf of the rectangular frame is made with five holes in a line arrangement. The protection sought is for a three-dimensional form of an industrial design with a silver-colored cuboid base frame and additional silver-colored corner ornaments.
