PL 23392 4 Ilustracja wzoru PL 23392 5 PL 23392 6 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PLPL 23392 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is an interior and exterior decoration made of thin-walled ceramic material, as a complex aesthetic product consisting of a cuboid base frame and decorative elements in the form of additional decorations of empty cones with different shapes of ends. The base of the decoration is a cuboid frame and additional decorations in the form of cones of specific shapes inserted into the frame, which have the appropriate properties of the ceramic exterior surface, giving an aesthetic effect. The interior and exterior decoration is intended for interior decoration. The decoration is made in two varieties. Variation I The essence of the industrial design is a new characteristic form of decoration for interiors and exteriors, manifested in its shape and arrangement of a thin-walled rectangular base frame placed on the longer side. In the upper longer thin-walled frame of the base wall, round holes are made in two places. There are three holes of equal diameter, which are made as shown in the top view on the plane of the upper base wall in one line at an angle. The other two holes are of the same diameter but are arranged in two opposite places on this upper wall of the rectangular base frame. The holes are intended for decorative elements in the form of empty thin-walled conical ornaments of different diameters and shapes. The decorative elements of the horn ornament are reversed and applied to the holes in the upper wall of the base frame, so that two of them on the left side can rest on the bottom of the cuboid base, while the three remaining horns have slightly curled shapes to the left or right, while one of the ornaments has a straight horn. The shapes of the thin-walled horn ornaments applied to the holes in the wall of the cuboid base frame are of different lengths. Additionally, the cuboid base frame has thin-walled walls with slightly rounded shapes in the corners. Five holes are arranged in one line in a characteristic way in the upper wall of the base frame. The spatial form of the design without designation of colors is reported for protection in variant I. Variation II The essence of the industrial design in Variation II is a new characteristic form of decoration for interiors and exteriors, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the thin-walled frame of the rectangular base placed on the longer side. In the upper, longer thin-walled frame of the base wall, round holes are made centrally in the middle of the wall and two on the sides. There are three holes of the same diameter, which are made in the top view centrally in the middle in the upper plane of the rectangular frame base along one line at an angle. These holes are intended for decorative elements in the form of empty thin-walled horn ornaments of different diameters and shapes. These three pieces of thin-walled hollow horn ornaments are turned over and placed into the holes of the upper wall of the rectangular base frame so that they can rest against the bottom of the rectangular base frame. The horn ornaments are of different lengths and two horns have slightly curled horn shapes to the left and two curved to the right only one horn is straight. The design of the interior and exterior decoration in variant I is shown in photographs fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 in variant I, wherein fig. 1 shows the interior and exterior decoration consisting of five additional inverted horn decorations applied to the holes in the upper wall of the rectangular frame, in a perspective side view and with a visible rectangular frame of the rectangular base and with holes for the horn decorations, fig. 2 shows the interior and exterior decoration in a top view consisting of five inverted horn decorations applied to the upper wall of the rectangular frame in which the empty interiors of the thin-walled horn decorations are visible, fig. 3 shows the rectangular frame in a side view with a set of additional horn decorations in the upper wall of the frame. The three-dimensional form of the ornament for interior and exterior use with thin-walled inverted horn ornaments applied for protection in variant I is without colour designation. In variant II The industrial design of the ornament for interior and exterior use in variant II is presented in the photograph in fig. 4 which shows the ornament for interior and exterior use consisting of three additional inverted horn ornaments applied to the holes in the upper PL 23392 3 wall of the cuboid frame in a perspective view from the side with a visible silver cuboid base frame but with two empty holes in the upper wall for horn ornaments. The three-dimensional form of the ornament for interior and exterior use with thin-walled horn ornaments applied for protection in variant II is made in the silver colour of the frame base. Variation I An essential feature of the industrial design presented in photographs fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 3, – Ornaments for interiors and for exterior use with is that: ? it is a spatial arrangement of ornaments for interiors and for exterior use as a set consisting of a base frame and additional thin-walled inverted horn ornaments manifested in the shape of a cuboid base frame arranged on the longer side with rounded edges of this frame. In the upper shelf of the base of the frame, five holes are made in which horn ornaments inverted downwards with characteristic different shapes are placed. Two horn ornaments are bent to the right, one of the horn ornaments is straight and two horn ornaments, which have their ends bent to the left. There are no holes for horns in the lower shelf of the frame. The thin-walled horn ornaments have variable diameters and are empty inside. Two of them rest on the lower base of the rectangular frame; - in the side view, in which the Interior and exterior decoration is shown as a rectangular base frame arrangement with inverted corner decorations superimposed. The upper shelf of the rectangular base frame is made with five holes in a line arrangement; - in the top view as shown in fig. 2 Interior and exterior decoration is shown an arrangement of three symmetrical holes in one line at an angle from at proportional distances starting from the second to the fourth hole and two holes arranged in the upper longer wall in the rectangular base frame, but at both ends of the upper shelf. The ornaments constitute a spatial arrangement in which in the upper thin-walled shelf of the base frame there are superimposed and arranged characteristically three hollow rosette ornaments inverted with the thin-walled base upwards and two rosette ornaments on both sides of the shelf, the end of which of one rosette ornament is bent to the left and one rosette ornament is straight. The inverted hollow rosette ornaments may be rearranged alternately. The spatial form of the design without designating colours is filed for protection Variation II An essential feature of the industrial design presented in fig. 4 of the ornaments for interior and exterior use is that: ? it constitutes a spatial arrangement of ornaments for interior and exterior use – as inverted hollow rosette ornaments superimposed from the left to the right and arranged characteristically as three rosette ornaments inverted with the thin-walled base upwards, whereby between the first, third and fifth rosette ornaments there remain two empty holes in the upper shelf of the base frame. There are five holes in the upper shelf of the rectangular frame. The first thin-walled superimposed horn ornament placed in the first hole is tilted to the right, the second thin-walled horn ornament placed in the third hole is tilted to the left and rests on the base of the rectangular frame, and the third thin-walled horn ornament is superimposed and placed in the fifth hole. This fifth horn ornament is turned to the left and also rests on the lower base of the rectangular frame; ? in a side view, in which the arrangement of the ornament for interior and exterior use contains only three horn ornaments, is shown as the arrangement of the rectangular base frame together with three thin-walled horn ornaments superimposed. The upper shelf of the rectangular frame is made with five holes in a line arrangement. The protection is applied for in the form of a three-dimensional industrial design with a rectangular base frame in silver color, the base frame and additional silver corner decorations.
