Charakteryzuje je jednak odmienny od przedmiotowej buleczki wyglad zewnetrzny. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa, oryginalna postac buleczki, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i ogólnym wygladzie zewnetrznym oraz rodzaju nadzienia wypelniajacego buleczke, a takze w usytuowaniu tego nadzienia wewnatrz buleczki, decydujacym równiez o wygladzie zewnetrznym ciastka bedacym przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego. The buns available on the Polish market are of various shapes, filled with filling or not. However, they are characterized by an external appearance different from the bun in question. The essence of the industrial design is a new, original form of the bun, manifested in its shape and general external appearance and the type of filling filling the bun, as well as the location of this filling inside the bun, which also determines the external appearance of the biscuit that is the subject of the industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: FIG. 1 shows the bun in a perspective view, FIG. 2 shows the bun in a top view FIG. 3 shows the bun in a side view. Essential features of the industrial design: ? the bun resembles a sitting bird, ? the depressions and convexities made on the surface imitate the bird's small semicircular sticky part, ? on the sides of the sticky part of the bird there are two visible filling points imitating the bird's eyes, ? two overlapping convexities imitating the bird's folded wings are connected to the bird's sticky part, ? the oval fragment located below them imitates the bird's body.
