Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac plytki w postaci szklanych reliefów, przejawia- jaca sie w cechach linii, konturów, ksztaltów, w rozmieszczeniu poszczególnych elementów, co nadaje reliefom oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of tile in the form of glass reliefs, manifesting itself in the features of lines, contours, shapes, and the arrangement of individual elements, which gives the reliefs an original and individual aesthetic appearance.

Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i wygladzie, zwlaszcza jego elementów skladowych, jak równiez w uksztaltowaniu przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego. The new and original form of an industrial design is manifested in the shape and appearance, especially of its component elements, as well as in the shape of the object of the industrial design.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na ilustracji, na której: Fig. 1 przedstawia wzór reliefu w widoku z przodu, Fig. 2 przedstawia wzór reliefu w widoku z przodu, Fig. 3 przedstawia wzór reliefu w widoku z przodu, Fig. 4 przedstawia wzór w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z przodu, Fig. 5 przedstawia wzór w drugiej odmianie w widoku z przodu, Fig. 6 przedstawia wzór w trzeciej odmianie w widoku z przodu. Sciana zlozona ze szklanych reliefów wedlug pierwszej i drugiej odmiany wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wykonana jest z pojedynczych plytek reliefu ulozonych obok siebie. Reliefy maja chropowate wystajace na zewnatrz powierzchnie, które sa usytuowane na róznych wysokosciach wzgledem siebie jak przedstawiono na fig. 4 i fig. 5, fig. 6.
