Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac wytworów – kompletu mebli wzajemnie uzupelniajacych sie i przeznaczonych do wykorzystania razem, posiadajacych cechy wspólne przejawiajace sie pod wzgle- dem postaci wzajemnie sie uzupelniajacych, o podobnym ogólnym wygladzie wszystkich postaci mebli przejawiajace sie w ukladzie linii, konturów i ksztaltów, wykazujacych podobienstwo zarówno pod wzgle- dem postaci budowy modulowej prostopadloscianu jak i kolorystyki wraz z efektami zdobniczymi pod- kreslajacymi cechy materialu z jakiego zrobiono meble. PL 25870 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 25870 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a set of furniture consisting of: a modular shelf, a modular chest of drawers, a table, stools and drawers with common essential features. The essence of the design is a new form of products - a set of furniture complementing each other and intended to be used together, having common features manifested in terms of mutually complementing forms, with a similar general appearance of all forms of furniture manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours and shapes, showing similarity both in terms of the form of the modular construction of the cuboid and the colours together with decorative effects emphasizing the features of the material from which the furniture was made. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where: – Fig. 1 presents a set of furniture as a composition of the set in a general view, – Fig. 1a presents a shelf and a chest of drawers as a set of furniture modules, – Fig. 1b and Fig. 1c present the structure of a cuboid furniture module, an upper module is inserted onto each lower module, – Fig. 1d presents a table as a module, and Fig. 1f presents stools being a cuboid module, – Fig. 1e presents a cabinet module equipped with a white front with a grip groove element. The essential features of the industrial design, set – set of furniture that distinguish it from others are: – original modular cuboid appearance and aesthetics of the set – set of furniture consisting of a modular shelf, modular chest of drawers, table, stools and drawers. – each module consists of interconnected boards made of planks, where the board connections create geometric rectangular modular elements that can be connected into sets. – all modules can be connected together by sliding them together using fastening elements, which results in the creation of complex modular furniture shapes that can be rebuilt many times during use. – functionality and appearance that follow the changing needs of the owner. – furniture can be individualized by one shade of wood, white drawer opening elements – storage compartments and handles mounted in grooves, accessories as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1, Fig. 1a to Fig. 1f.
